I am reuploading the original russian school of rhythmic gymnastics video, i found a copy as someone deleted it off my youtube a few months ago but here it is! ITS BACK!!

But this kind of flexibility has price... pain and tears....

Exquisite. Just like in ballet, nobody outperforms Russians in rhythmic gymnastics. Their grace and magnificence is practically preternatural.
Naw im sure another race can outperform Russia Russian's are good at rhythmic gymnastics though

@@switchbladestrawberry4777 right. Like ethnicity. Some people use certain words interchangeably, it’s no biggie, they obviously aren’t trying to put anyone down nor put some on a pedestal. Personally, with the controversy around the majority of Russia’s training camp, I’d be shocked if they didn’t do well. Imagine putting your kid through hell for half their life with no decent end result. They’re pretty good technically, always have a few stars on the team lol.

I will tell you more, what is happening in the world is a return to the old propaganda of the West against Russia. Even for us in Russia, it's funny to hear about espionage passions, Novichok gas and much more. We sometimes think that the politicians of Western civilization are going crazy. We would say directly and without making up stories, we need to impose sanctions against Russia simply because the Russians do not like it and we alone want to rule this world. Why invent it?

@@senja5109Forgive me for my ignorance, this tune does seem to work with this video though, you can't deny that. 🤷♀ As the rest of the world seems to destroy itself with proxy wars and unwanted immigration i wouldn't be surprised if the remaining native civilisation in the developed countries ends up gravitating towards Poland or Russia in the next 100 years as our way of life ceases to exist as we know it. If i wasn't the sentimental type and actually had a passport i would gladly leave the UK as there are nicer places to live in the world. If reincarnation exists at this point i would hope to end up somewhere in Scandinavia.

Thank you for reposting this, i found this years ago and it inspired me to become the best i can be and stretch and hopefully become flexible and its had a great impact on my life since then by getting me into gymnastics and dance and i realized this videk was delete just a couple days ago and i was really sad thinking and wondering if i was ever gonna see this video again, so thank you

I have a lot of anxiety being a rhythmic gymnast because I'm often really disappointed in myself when I can't do it or I can't discipline myself or have the passion. Can anyone help me?
Listen cause I'm a rhythmic gymnast too I know how stressful it can be to not being able to to some tricks or have fear just try harder if you don't have the passion you'd better quit and do sth else I know I sound pretty harsh but you need to live up to the expectations

Hi dear! I know how you're feeling now because when I was younger I felt perfectly like you.. But I suggest you to follow your heart and to follow your happiness.. I made a mistake.. I thought it was not my passion and I stopped the lessons and left rhythmic gymnastics.. And it was the biggest mistake of my life.. So listen to your heart but think about it.. Hugs from Italy ♥️

@@dancedance717 , it's a common shortening of the names "Alexander" and "Alexandra" in Russia. There are also such shortenings as "Sanya" and "Shura" but they are not so popular as "Sasha".

This is such a demandig sport which requires an exceptional natural gift. It bothers me alot how people dont take it seriously.
