Shaw needs skill level 4 minimum. Here's some substitution options for what I used:
Eyja for Amiya E2.
Lappland for Midnight or Silverash.
Ptilopsis for Gavial.
Platnium for Jessica, Meteor, Blue Poison, Catapult, Meteorite.

This is the best guide for this stage, if you have a healing defender it works even better, i cleared it with no eyja, i switched eyja with e1 angelina (s1)

after ages, i finally completed this stage
decided to use my own amiya instead of borrowed eyja (she keeps on killing herself with s2 at e2), borrowed blue poison instead
and boi o boi, amiya do be having fun blasting those enemies

Me at 1:38, using Texas instead of Courier: Activates Texas S2.
Me at 1:39: Oh shit. Those slugs are stuck there now, that's not---
Me at 1:41: Both slugs explode near Texas in quick succession, killing her.
Fortunately, I just decided to deploy a defender in her place early.

What's the minimum lv for eyja & medic to survive *EXPLOSION* spiders?

It's more dependent on health. 1250+ to be on the safe side to survive the explosion. You'll see my medics tank it at 1:29.

The red spiders have 360 attack and the yellow has 260, explosions deal 400% base damage, to survive the red one you need at least 1440 and to survive the yellow ones, 1040

Doesn't work, tried Angelina instead of Lappland, she gets blown up. Eyja gets blown up as well by those random bugs.

You need Lappland to silence the slug.
