Handwrite a Gratitude list. It will Absolutely cure all depression!! Start with your hair, eyes, nose mouth,...etc. can u imagine life without any of those?? Keep going.. pillows, clothes, clean clothes... Running water that u didn't have to walk 5 miles to get and then back and boil to drink and cook?? U have hot water spickett to boot??!! I love the Cast. I think the reasoning behind the complaints is that your listeners LOVE to know that you are a part of their week and that we are going through the week together. It's a compliment! We love you and want you to "be a part of our week." We also do love hearing your thoughts occasionally about something in the news that week. If a cast comes out and you are talking about something two months ago, there's a disconnect with the audience -- right or wrong. The complaints are a compliment, because we feel so connected to you guys...not because we need to be entertained in a certain way. Glad to hear it will be back to normal weekly soon. Of course, we know that every once in a while a few episodes will be taped from a month or so ago.
Totally agree. And sometimes it’s nice to hear about something that happened a few months ago and have it brought back up.
I agree 100% Christopher. I started to comment but after I read your comment I erased it as you put it eloquently. To be honest we were a little miffed to be chastised like that. We are your audience for pete's sake (no pun intended) and this cast you don't depend on for your income does have an affect on your income in a sense. The cast puts you out there and sparks interest in us to go to your stand up shows and watch a movie or show you are involved in.

I'm always so blown away by how truly deeply Pete appreciates the thoughtful gifts he receives from Sebastian and his family. Sebastian and his wife are thoughtful and generous - but how great to have their generosity truly appreciated and recognized at every turn. Everyone should have a friend like they have in ea;ch other.

The ppl complaining are probably your most die hard fans, they listen not just for entertainment but also as a way of checking in on you to see how you 2 are CURRENTLY doing...these ppl are probably also the ones that'll go out of their way to see you at a show or buy your Cast Tshirts...so you getting offended by their complaining is like saying hey "stop loving us so much!"

The point is your show never had commercials before and you were doing just fine. It’s just not the same as it was that’s why people are complaining. If you don’t need to show to make money don’t have commercials. Cheers.
Edit- the crappy setup you had before was part of the nostalgia, it was raw, just feels tampered with now, love you guys but I’m sure I’m not the only one, don’t fix what’s not broken, miss the old sheets, Pete drifting off camera, ect, Pete you definitely look like your not comfortable anymore with the new setup that changes every month lol, cheers

They should be compensated for their time. It is so entitled to expect people to entertain us for free even if they don't need the money. Also, the ads pay for the equipment and Patrick's fees.

Some people have way too much time on their hands to complain about dumb shit like when an episode is recorded vs. when it airs. Is it really affecting your life that much? Keep doing what you’re doing guys. There are still plenty of listeners who love and appreciate you!
I’m a black dude that has grown up with a ton of super old school Italians, so i love watching this podcast because i feel like I’m hanging out with family. When i watch this i can literally smell the garlic, olive oil, the basil, the red wine vinegar, the love. They took me in as family and that’s why i love watching these two because I’ve been in a thousand of these conversations. Hopefully i get to kick it with them next time they come to Vegas. So crazy how ngga$ and Italians are just alike. We love laughing, food, and respect.
Every culture loves "laughing, food and respect", so that's not unique to Italians and Africans. One major difference though is that Italians don't loot Walmarts and kill innocent people at record rates.
I first listened to an episode many years ago then proceeded to listen to them backwards all the way to beginning and then back again. They are funny as hell who cares if they are current to the actual date. Shut the hell up and enjoy the free entertainment.

I started watching this podcast during the pandemic when I was very sick with Covid. It helped me through the whole quarantine. The cast had been out for a while (like 2-300 were already out), so I had to, of course, watch old episodes… I don’t see anything wrong with watching an old show. I think they’re great❤

A 60 minute TV show has approximately 18 minutes of commercial ads.
A 1 hour show TV has approximately 42 minutes of actual show content.
(Edit to add: Do people write ABC or NBC to tell them they have too many commercials? And people pay for Satellite TV with commercials!)

I have to say, my husband is the BIGGEST Rocky fan, and during Covid Lockdown in South Africa (ie- NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE HOUSE), he introduced our 2 daughters, then 5 and 2, to ROCKY! They sat through the entire movie (never happened before that), and ended up watching ROCKY 1-5. During lockdown. After that, whenever we went into the cinema room and asked what they wanted to watch (frozen? Ice age? Whatever kids stuff we had on DVD), they always chose Rocky. To this day, they still watch Rocky (Rocky iv is their favourite) , and yes Sebastian we are in full agreement, it IS real, it IS a documentary. Don’t drink the kool aid and let anyone tell you different. 😂. Get Sly on the show, he’s a legend.
Rocky was such a huge part of my life, that in grade 4 through 6 I signed my name in school as Rocky 😂😂😂
