Tulane University students evacuate New Orleans, head to Houston

Tulane University students evacuated campus and headed to Houston. Students who can't go home will be given a place to stay and meals while they're away.

I would say Houstons lucky to have an influx of students obtaining education...they sure could use it. Not just Houston of course but educated or skilled labor involved young folks are necessary
