In the manga, when a Thunder Breathing user becomes a Hashira they're known as "The Rumble Hashira". I think Thunder Hashira sounds better though.

He is far from weak he just doesn't believe in himself that is why he can't fight awake. He can fight asleep because he doesn't have the same insecurities in his sleep and he really did do all the hard training and work it is his muscle memory working.

Nope not possible because a Hashira is a rank in the demon slayer corps but after Muzan was defeated all demons also vanished with him as he is the king , so since no demons were left the Demon Slayer Corps were disbanded and hence he could never realize the dream of becoming a Hashira
