I wish this was explained to all these young people. It is not poof your a woman and can have sex like a woman. Feel sexual desire as a woman. It won't ever happen. That is something they should know before transitioning.
Sadly, I found out that in women after certain age, it's also often "use it or lose it". After I didn't have sex for few years, I got horrifying diagnosis of vaginal atrophy at only 49! So, we also have to at very least use dildo or something if we don't have sex because the freaking organ atrophies! I can't imagine how hard it is when you are trans.
You should be using estrogen cream. It's completely safe and returns your vagina elasticity back to normal. A few years ago I was in misery and after 3 months on estrogen it was a lot better...6 months it was totally normal. The estrogen isn't systemic if you're worried. I'm 54 and back to full cc function.

As a women, I don’t shout from the roof tops, that I’m female. If trans people just integrated into society with our all the fanfare and make such a big deal about things, then I personally think people would be more willing to accept their choices. But unfortunately it’s constantly rammed down our throats 24/7, children are being indoctrinated at school to accept this as the norm and that they can change gender at the drop of a hat. I’ve read of one person who has transitioned, detransitioned, then go back again! What a waste of money, resources and medical care. The pain is never from he mind; it's from the scar tissues and reformed nerves which take many years to heal, and damaged or over-exposed nerves often send pain signals throughout life. Needing to relax in order to reduce pain does not make "the human mind your worst enemy". That pain is not normal, and it's a sign of a medical problem which was surgically induced, and medical authorities should be keeping track of these painful or numb side effects which are often permanent and not properly disclosed to potential patients.

Which can make it worse. That’s why I said your brain is your worst enemy. But also with multiple surgeries in that region her feelings will not be normal. Her new vaginal canal made from intestines will not have nerve feedings. Intestines don’t have nerves which is why so many people die from perforated or ischemic bowels each year. Another reason why it’s a very risky surgery to have.

Which can make it worse. That’s why I said your brain is your worst enemy. But also with multiple surgeries in that region her feelings will not be normal. Her new vaginal canal made from intestines will not have nerve feedings. Intestines don’t have nerves which is why so many people die from perforated or ischemic bowels each year.
