I just finished the series for the first time last week, binged it over a 2 week peroxide and yes I believe one more season could of wrapped things up but sadly it looks like we won’t get it
According to the Internet (it's true then), "CEO of CBC, Catherine Tait, admitted that the network thought that producing content for Netflix was hurting the Canadian film industry", because all Canadian film industry should be financed by Canadian companies. CBC did not have the money to produce a series such as Anne with an E. End of story :/
Netflix and CBC. Well, CBC realized that it was doing all the hard work for the series, and all the recognition and profit was going to Netflix, which only made it public in its streaming, nothing more. And unless Disney + or another streaming program buys the rights to the series and decides to do a fourth season, that battle is lost (at least for now). Even Moira herself said there was no going back, and that they tried very hard to do something to renew the series. It's sad but true.

Postergué tanto esta serie sin saber lo que me esperaba. Un día, aburrido , decidí darle una oportunidad, queria ver la famosa serie de la que muchos hablaban: Anne with an e. Y oh Dios, por lejos la mejor decisión de mi año. La amé de inicio a fin, su ambientación, su historia, sus personajes y desarrollo, y como no... Su hermosa banda sonora que indudablemente cautivo mi corazón de inmediato. Extraño mucho ver la serie y eso que la terminé hace unas horas, pero siento que aprendí tanto con Anne y su historia, que se llevó un pedacito de mi con ella. Es una lástima que la cancelaran, no lo entiendo, pero bueno, no todo lo perfecto dura para siempre. Gracias a su creadora por crear los libros que inspiraron a esta serie, y a todos los productores, actores y actrices que le dieron vida a la historia. Estoy muy agradecido de haber visto esta serie, lloré mucho y reí mucho... Definitivamente la recordaré para siempre.

Me sucede lo mismo es como volver a mi niñez y ver mi adultez de forma distinta. Se me llenan los ojos de lágrimas y sentir a los personajes tan cerca como si fueran parte de mi vida.
Me pasa lo mismo con la música y la serie, me genera ese tipo de sentimiento que tengo muy claro en mi interior pero a la vez no puedo expresar con palabras.
Watched this series more than 5 times but still couldn't come out of it 😥!! It hurts !! Such a wonderful journey it was !! At first i have started this series with no expectation and curiosity and i even felt bored to start this but at very first episode itself ..i got to know that its something thats gonna hit my heart hard!! I’ve probably watched this magical show 4 times and every time it’s like I’m watching it for the first time, and each time I cry because it impacts me so very deeply. How I wish I had someone like Anne in my life; a kindred spirit, because we would’ve clicked right away for sharing the same state of mind and heart. And I envy her for having loving support, and circumstances that changed her course in life that otherwise would’ve killed her soul and bravery altogether. Unfortunately, the greedy, violent loving establishments like Netflix cancelled this amazing, beautiful, meaningful, heartfelt show but meaningless, sex hungry, violent and stupid ones continue.
