However, He soon dropped the idea after switching to swords, and then turned the name into "BLACK" due to the dark Kimono and Shihakusho the Shinigami wear in the series. Though, he didn't like that name since he found it too generic, so after having it called "WHITE", He finally landed on "BLEACH". Its nothing like Naruto or One Piece where the former is named after the protagonist and the latter being named after the treasure. Also, your going to notice A LOT of Spanish in the series and some other languages I won't say due to spoilers. He has also gotten his inspiration from things such as Western and Latin/Spanish Music, Architecture, and Mythology, while his action and fight scenes are inspired from movies and 80's-90's Rock Kubo listens too when drawing a fight or designing a character, which the song "News from The Front" by Bad Religion helped him create Ichigo and Marylin Manson helped create Mayuri. Aizen’s glasses were part of his charade, it made him look kind, gentle and approachable. It’s a similar logic to the Clack Kent glasses.

When you die as a soul you are reincarnated, but lose all memory and there is no guarantee you'll have the same appearance, just the same soul.
