I've noticed that you say alot of things about what someone said you receive alot of messages from people saying different things about your restaurant that's really not important to speak about almost every restaurant around the world receives some type of criticism so that's no big deal and if you all refuse to gloves or not hairnets or not is up to the person eating at your establishment... Putting a camera in the lady's face was so unnecessary and asking her if she's going to quit! That's not right and you shouldn't have done her that way you just said RUclips affords your lifestyle and take opinions from those that support your channel...Alot of that support your channel has a voice to say what they want and you won't always get good messages it's alright you all didn't miss a meal...Make Nam and her son a RUclips channel train her in the world of RUclips so she can help take care of her son and be self sufficient because you all scroll around with the camera or go elsewhere for lunch or gym or massage therapy and Nam who works the hardest is happily doing whatever is asked of her....Teach her RUclips she can also learn and gain stop feeding her as the saying goes give a man a fish and he eats for a day or teach him how to fish and he can eat a lifetime....Nam and her son can share your supporter's and it would be nice because she can't stay with you forever she's a mom with a teenager son who probably wants his own room and it's mighty crowed in your home and Nam would be a great candidate for her own place and maybe a few paid months off to herself and her son they have so much catching up to do... Imagine being without your children all of those years it would eat away at you so she probably feels a way but she keeps it to herself because you fund her livelihood... The fact that you are arranging for Nam not to have to be there every day, and to come in to work at the restaurant when she wants, says how much you love others and appreciate them. It is not a place to raise children and, it's not a safe environment to have children living in there.

There’s nothing wrong with having your children work. My husband and I opened a business in 1996 and our 13 year old son worked with us. Today he is almost 40 and runs the company. He has a great work ethic and knows the value of a dollar.

RESTAURANT IDEA: Hey, Lilly, do you play music at your restaurant? Perhaps feature music playing that coordinates with whichever cuisine you're featuring that day (e.g. Spanish music for Spanish/Mexican cuisine; Italian music for Italian cuisine, etc. and of course Hawaiian/polynesian music most of the time, since it is "Lillikoi"). Also, consider adding a big screen TV/screen to play video shorts. I once visited a local Indian restaurant here in Florida that played Indian music videos with dancers. So entertaining! Also, lots of FROZEN DRINKS for the hot temps would be so refreshing for everyone visiting your restaurant. Luke is so funny! My husband and I ran a restaurant in north east of Scotland, my daughter spent weekends at a given table playing, having dinner, homework and also interacting with customers and taking orders. It’s done her a lot of good to see how hard her parents work and to see us graft…she doesn’t take our blessing for granted. Taking our daughter to work has taught her things that no book or schooling has taught her. Also she remembers the fun times and parties we used to have with staff who became like an extended family. An invaluable life experience for kids for sure! You’re doing so amazing!❤

The gloves and hair nets are good suggestions because if one hair is found in the food, the person who saw will make it go viral. I have found hair in my food before and it's not good because it spoils your appetite. It's just good practice. Hair and food never mix well together. Hair nets don't have to be hot. They have holes in them. If you don't want to do the hair nets, make sure everyone's hair is slicked back in a ponytail.

Totally sucks to get a bad review, but you can’t please everyone. Actually a couple bad reviews sprinkled in actual grows your business more then all the positive ones. The food looks amazing!!! Keep your chin up buttercup. You will find the right staff who love your whole vibe and want to help support the growth of the restaurant.

Have you ever thought of doing a ebook of the recipes you do at the restaurant or for tgat fact different recipes of the area. Your restaurant will grow. Wat needs it. Leon is a good little dancer! Everyone cooks differently especially similar dishes around the world so one person might not like the way another person makes hummus. It's really nice knowing that children can be at a restaurant and be safe and close to their parents while still having a life. I much prefer that to having 'nannies'. This way you are closer to your children. A far mor family friendly restaurant atmosphere. ❤️. Beautiful. ❤️🌟🌟🌟🌟

Also, when people go out to eat, they don't want a bunch of kids running around making noise. Parents are busy at work and it's NOT a place to raise children. If you've watched her videos, you can see that when there's customers in the store. Fourth, they are NOT supervised when it's busy. Zap yourself back into reality. It is not a place to raise children and, it's not a safe environment to have children living in there.

There’s nothing wrong with having your children work. My husband and I opened a business in 1996 and our 13 year old son worked with us. Today he is almost 40 and runs the company. He has a great work ethic and knows the value of a dollar.

He said we had our whole life to work and our job was to get good grades and enjoy being kids. We were all successful with great paying careers and degrees. RESTAURANT IDEA: Hey, Lilly, do you play music at your restaurant? Perhaps feature music playing that coordinates with whichever cuisine you're featuring that day (e.g. Spanish music for Spanish/Mexican cuisine; Italian music for Italian cuisine, etc. and of course Hawaiian/polynesian music most of the time, since it is "Lillikoi"). Also, consider adding a big screen TV/screen to play video shorts. I once visited a local Indian restaurant here in Florida that played Indian music videos with dancers. So entertaining! Also, lots of FROZEN DRINKS for the hot temps would be so refreshing for everyone visiting your restaurant.

My husband and I ran a restaurant in north east of Scotland, my daughter spent weekends at a given table playing, having dinner, homework and also interacting with customers and taking orders. It’s done her a lot of good to see how hard her parents work and to see us graft…she doesn’t take our blessing for granted. Taking our daughter to work has taught her things that no book or schooling has taught her. Also she remembers the fun times and parties we used to have with staff who became like an extended family. An invaluable life experience for kids for sure! You’re doing so amazing!❤

Could help business along and attract a wider audience ❤just a suggestion 😊
The gloves and hair nets are good suggestions because if one hair is found in the food, the person who saw will make it go viral. I have found hair in my food before and it's not good because it spoils your appetite. It's just good practice. Hair and food never mix well together. Hair nets don't have to be hot. They have holes in them. If you don't want to do the hair nets, make sure everyone's hair is slicked back in a ponytail.

I used to work in a Mediterranean restaurant and I loved it. We definitely had a lunch rush it was during the summer on a university campus. Best time of my life.
