Yeah it was the 2008 LaCrosse Super. Was a fun, beautiful car. Only like 2900 made.
Be careful with a Dart, known 3 people who had transmission problems before 70,000 miles. Maybe they just had some lemons in Kentucky🤔
The 1.4 turbo cars had transmission issues the 2.0 and 2.4 didn’t have that issue

The Range Rover sports are reliable, from 2014-2019 they use a 5.0 coyote supercharged mustang engine (fords most reliable engines ever to be made). It’s made by ford, and basically the same reliability as a ford explorer.

9 min, u were at the range Rover and right next to you was a Chevy Trax. I know u don't like CVT but that one shouldn't be as it 2nd gen. We own one and it's a premium AWD model with 6 speed trans and absolutely love the little car. Perfect for Nick if you can find a premium model with pleather and AWD.
@17:31 I had a 1994 Buick LeSabre identical to that one. It drove like a boat but man was it very comfortable!
My cousin had a dodge dart. It always had engine and electrical problems. If you really love your child and care about his safety avoid stelantis products altogether

I got that 3800 engine in my buick its great. I had to change all the gaskets intake and valve covers (very easy to work on this engine) and running like new now.
Id say ask your son his preference on car or truck. Id say his first vehicle be a truck because in school his friends more likely have trucks. A nissan frontier or old school s-10 or maybe a old squarebody as 1st truck. Something u and him can "wrench on" together for father/son time. Like 4×4 upgrades lift kit etc
The 300Z body looks alright, but the interior is rough. With new seats, a detail, and the rear window, it'll look better.
The Maserati looks sweet but I'm sure the maintenance isn't.

So to everyone in the comments. They are called Super line. It was Buick's comeback from like the 50's probably to match with GM's Chevy SS line up. The Lucerne had the 4.6L NorthStar V8 and it was the LaCrosse that had the 5.3L !! I would rock a LaCrosse Super! lol.

I had a 2013 dart limited 2.4l for three years no issues. Great little car, but not worth it unless its a limited. IMO
Hey Randy, going back on that orange Dodge dart take a look at the back passenger cooler fender right with the door meet at the bottom there’s damage there. I don’t think you’ve seen yet.
The Dart was nice, but Randy did not mention anything about the back passenger door and fender damage behind the that door (22:32)

I had a 2014 charger pursuit old trooper car from Oklahoma scary fast and well taken care of. Some jerk stole it out of my driveway and was found 5 months later 3 hours away, and I let it go. Miss that car want another one real bad. If you find one not too bad I'd be interested.

I'd be interested to see what the Maserati brings. Quattroportes are the fastest-depreciating car on the road. They aren't worth much even in good shape. The V8s aren't as common and they fetch a bit more though.

27:48 you’ve never heard of Bowers and Wilkins? Very premium audio in a lot of high-end cars. Also premium Home audio. some Mercedes/Bentley/rolls Royce actually had Bowers tweeters that would pop up from the dash. I could give two craps about Maserati.

The only Buicks that came with the LS4 were the 06+ Buick Lacrosse “Super”, you’re right the lucerne came with a V8 but it came with the North Star…basically Buicks version of the Deville!

Hey Randy I owned a 2007 Buick Lucerne. Mine was the cxs trim level with the v8. Mine was a Northstar engine I'm not sure they put a 5-3 in the Buick Lucerne. They did in the Impala and Monte Carlo SS but I've never seen a Lucerne with a V8 that was not a Northstar engine
