It looks really nice! Good job. I just received my Chrome 26 today, and the red components are on the way. I actually have something slightly different in mind, but it will be based on red components also. Im going to make a video short of it on monday or tuesday in case anyone wants to see it. I've been wondering about these bikes? Thanks for this review. I do like there models with the skyway mags. The gold monza looks amazingly done as well. And tange is pretty well known for quality chromo production. I may have to build one of these myself.

I like what you did rad bmx!!!! I too am building an 80’s race throwback bmx bike out of a new schwinn predator 24” bmx cruiser!! Adding SE racing 3 piece cranks, stem, chain adjusters and pedals then have dia compe Mx brakes, brake lines plus seat clamp! Have a zeronine front plate, and then gonna add skyway black 24” mags with gumwall comp tires👍🏻

What kind of rims would you recommend to use on the 26” Monza bike? I’m not liking the gold hubs on mine, but want them to be chrome.
Chrome will have to be Rhyno Lite
So I'm used to riding a 20" GT from the 80s (I still have it) back in the 80s & 90s. I'm looking to get back into riding again and have been looking at this same model of monza but heres my dilemma, I'm 6'3" and 270lbs (mostly muscle with a gut) is the 26" a good choice?

I have a monza 24 over in the UK.
Certainly a head turner. Love my bike.
One or two mods I've done to the original.
Mx bulldog brakes. Billy bonkers tyres, gold seat clamp, Narler stem, 17t halo clickster apposed to the og 16t.
You still have a 24 monza on your shelf!
