Hey awesome vid and comparison! Im looking to get a commuter Uni and was debating between a 29, 32, or 36. Which would you recommend? Honestly anything is better than my standard 20 incher and 5ft giraffe!

I would always go with a 36er if you're on the roads, or going more than a couple of miles. The 36 will cruise with less effort, in part due to the extra momentum of the larger tire. A 29 or 32 will still get you there though. You can always swap the crank size around depending on your terrain, and there are some 3 hole Nimbus cranks now that give you a lot of options. I haven't seen many 32s out in the wild, but if you wanted that size, I'd say go with a 29x3" instead. They're very similar (within an inch) but the 29+ is easier to find parts for. See if you can find someone in your area that has a 29er or 36er you can try out and that should tell you a lot. : )

Thanks for the advice! I hope to have all the wheel sizes one day like you, but Ill probably be looking into a 36. Happy riding!

Thinking about looking into a 32, currently have an 16, 20, 20 fat tire 4 in, 24 in trail tire, and a 26 in Oooold unit with bent or curved cranks all the rest are straight cranks.
