The changes are effectively C7/Bb, Emin7, Amin7(Cminor7 sound over top in melody), Dbmaj9#11. Listen to ELEWs version on “and to the republic” you can hear the changes more clearly. There are particulars to each chord and their relationship to scales at work you’ll need to look into. That some FREE game. DO there is no try. Learn the elew version tho
