Pienso que "onda" quiere decir "wave" hmmmm. Siempre lecciones muy utiles. Que Maestra ! I thought "onda" meant wave.

Yes, that's right! 'Onda' can mean 'wave,' but when referring to sea waves we use 'olas' 😉

@@TellMeInSpanishEng I think of "onda" as "vibe" and que onda as "what happening" either as a question or a statement somewhere between "au currant" and groovy.

Thanks dear for your hard work, you are a great teacher, but your speed is very fast, I can’t catch up with you, your writing disappears in a blink of an eye, if you slow down it will be much appreciated. Thank you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It's not going to happen. If you check all of her videos, people have been making the same request all along, but she has never complied. My guess is that she can't speak English, but is reading from a screen and has to go fast in order to sound as if she can. It's a shame too, because she teaches real Mexican Spanish that everyday native speaker use. Not the textbook stuff. The only solution is to pause her videos and take notes every few seconds. But most people watching YT vids aren't going to do that.

@@FredGSanford-xu3lfShe speaks English very well for someone who’s supposedly just reading it from a script. What a completely baseless statement. Do you really think she would go through the effort of learning to sight read the language with perhaps the least consistent writing system and not bother to learn what any of it means? She speaks fluidly and swaps effortlessly between English and Spanish within the same sentence. And although she has an accent her English is pretty much flawless from what I can tell.

@@nikivettso instead of slowing down she is leaving me behind. She talks to fast. She doesn’t give you enough time to digest the material and she still keeps giving out more information.up This is not for beginners. Bye

@@walliegoolsby5389 she can’t cater to everyone. If the speed is not to your personal liking, you can slow the video down. I personally thought the speed was fine and slowing it down wouldn’t help me personally, but for teachers who go too slow I just speed up the video and keep watching. It’s not a big problem at all, you can fix it yourself.
