I produce a podcast for someone and they record 10 minute files in WhatsApp. I edit the audio first in FCPX to remove gaps and “uhhhhs” then drop it into Adobe. The Adobe enhance truly helps reduce background noise, and gives a studio mic sound while reducing some of the plosives. It comes out richer and deeper than what I get in FCP and a lot easier.
