Did anyone notice that Eric’s character almost completly changed liek half way through the show like the first 4 seasons he was obsessed with girls and cool then he turned into brain dead and hilarious 😭😂
Didn’t he become a senator tho lol I love Eric he’s too funny, also I love how jack actually ended up being similar to what Eric envisioned in his future vision
I watched all the seasons, and I hv to say that Eric Matthews was hilarious in the later episodes compared to the beginning seasons 😂 I remember simply dying of laughter off his antics alone 😁 It is also interesting because I think at first the producers were going more for a handsome, cooler older brother for Cory but as time went on and Eric looked differently as he aged - he really owned the comedy bit and blew its top off!! 🤣 He really became my favorite part.
He was *dumber* in the latter seasons, though. His character was arguably funnier, but it was really lowbrow and moronic. It was funny at first, but after a while it got on my nerves.

19:20 when he started singing I lost it lol especially how Allan Amy and Morgan all fled the hall and then we see frankie kinda dancing they’re just swaying from left to right and then there’s mr feeny who is so embarrassed and is trying to get away from him but Eric isn’t letting him and isn’t taking the hint 😂😂😂
@@jojobeanmc Yeah, exactly. I've been wondering for a while, what's so significant and great about that scene? Why did they put it in the episode? Eric doesn't have a learning disability. He said, "I would think so!" I don't get it.
Lulu is the artist. The song is called "To Sir with Love" from the 1967 movie of the same name, which is about a black American who goes to teach white students from the slums of London's East End. Both film and song were smash hits.
Eric In real live is married to a woman named Susan imagine him saying her name Susan! And the face he makes while saying it Susususuan !! Like how he called out Mr. Feeny’s name. 😂♥️🇨🇦
'He married his girlfriend, Susan Martens, on September 25, 2016, in Connecticut. His affectionate name for her is Mrs Squirrels in reference to his nickname "Plays With Squirrels" that as Eric he acquired in the final season of Boy Meets World'
I think this show taught us what life is like and what you do in a bad situation just like 7th Heaven that show teaches a lot of things and how to handle but sometimes people do it their own way because they want to be grown up and have fun
That from Eric Hollywood, a season 5 episode that has some meta humor. In the episode, Eric gets a job on a ABC sitcom called Kid Gets Acquainted With The Universe, a riff on Boy Meets World, after impressing a talent scout during a play of Romeo and Juliet.
Unpopular opinion I don’t think Eric is stupid or dumb. Yes he got a little sillier but his character from seasons 3-6 were great! Season 3-4 he was trying to get himself in college and 5 he was trying to adjust college life and 6 he lost Rachel from Jack and when he know Stuart was bad news right away and when he lost Tommy. Season 7 I feel like they didn’t want to do with his character anymore
I thought this show was horribly lame and irrelevant back in the 90s, but I now appreciate it for at least being somewhat raunchy and politically incorrect. Kids shows today are way too safe and soft. This show was soft by 90s standards, but it's great compared to today's nonsense.
I always thought BMW did a good job tackling things like class/social status, racism, sexuality, alcoholism, child abuse among many other PC topics. Looking back Eric's evolution from typical "big brother" figure to "dummy with a heart of gold" was probably a good way to lighten the show up from some of thr heavier aspects. Hell, Eric wound up cross dressing to hide from people who threatened his life but found out he liked the experience and continued afterward.
@@WickedFireBird69 ah racism....the characters in the show learn something about it but the main actors didn't listen to the message including when they said racial slurs and attack Angela's actress.

That makes sense. He was cool in high school and peaked and couldn't cope with adulthood
Thank god I wasn’t the only one who noticed that

why is it that eric does the “loving with eyes” thing just like farkle does in girl meets world
