I own a Valiant and recently the small plastic part that threads needle 7 broke. Where can I find a replacement. Where can I find help?

As you probably know, the Valiant is a very heavy embroidery machine and unfortunately I have it in my sewing room which is on the second level of my home. I was searching for someone who could service it at home. Thanks for your reply.

Does the frame scratch the table?

No scratching! The frame is magnetic but the part that comes in contact with the table and your fabric is not an abrasive product.
