When you go on a long-road trip i.e. Los Angeles to San Francisco, try recording the full trip (6 or 7 hours) to see what is like to drive on these Californian roads. I am from UK and I am interested in road trips....

This house is not only beautiful but it also has a strong personality 🤩. it's huge but feels very homely, not just a house to spend holidays but to live in. Can I say I love that dark kitchen? so elegant...but that fridge has the same size as my bedroom 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. .. let me pause for now it's late in Italy. I'll watch the second part tomorrow but I'm liking this home

Hi Enes, yet another piece of art to live in - beautiful! Personally, I love those elevated pools. And my husband loves them even more, after he fell into our un-elevated pool a few days ago. Of course, fully clothed, straight into the deep end, and dragging the heavy cleaning tool with him. That then ended up right on the bottom, so he had to dive in again, retrieving the tool. Would NOT have happened with an elevated pool design :-)

The living spaces seemed a little cramped, weirdly the house seemed smaller than I would have expected. Maybe the house needed a basement with a cinema room etc?

This house is so beautiful I got emotional while watching the tour LOL! Everything's perfect - from the floor plan and neighborhood all the way to the tiniest tile detail. I really like everything about this house, especially the bathrooms. I wish the backyard was a bit bigger for $12 million tho. I've always wondered, how often is the house sold with the staging? Would be possible for the buyer to keep some or all of the stuff used to stage the house during showing? If I were buying this house, I'd be really interested in keeping the art and the Aston Martin furniture.
Buyer can buy the furniture directly from the staging company. I really liked that AM furniture too :)
12 million for a 5 bed, that’s criminal. You could get a 5 bed literally in the middle of America for like 500k.
