Yes, indeed, it does look amazing! Great “Save!” Heading over to the next! First, I’ve got to ask you what state you’re from. My mom and dad were from New Jersey/New York, and I detect some sort of North East accent in some of your words.
Carrots require loose soil. Add more vegetable matter, compost, sawdust, amend your soil. 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 If you run your lawnmower trough fall leafes, place that over your garden beds, work it in if the soil isn't frozen yet. That definitely improves soil quality. 🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕 Save all your eggshells, let them dry, poundvthem into tiny fragments. Spread over garden beds, the minerals greatly improve the plants strength. There are 26 minerals and trace minerals in those shells, not just lots of calcium.
@kitchenintheshire - i live on a mini farm. We have about an acre under cultivation and grow all our own vegetables and a good amount of our fruit. Carrots are tough. You may need a different variety based on your growing zone. Its also possible the ground is just hard. If so, look into Parisian carrots. They are small and round and that way it's on purpose!
A culinary triumph! 🐧🍎💙🍏
Do you like penguins?
The carrots are gorgeous 🎉
😂 Thank you!!!
Awesome video! Now I will try gnocchi!!
Let me know how it turns out!!
Carrot greens are most definitely edible, and more nutrient dense as compared to the roots. Great in green salads 🥗 or chopped and added to soup.🥕🥕🥕🥕🥕

Thanks so much for the kind words. It’s always fun to create something new.
Is that Chef Jean Pierre's catchy little tune around 2:57? Never made gnocchi in my life, but definitely going to now. Thanks
I had to look this up, and yes it is! I’m so happy you are going to make gnocchi!! Let me know how it turns out!!

Thanks for the tips!! Love these ideas!
What variety of carrots and when did you plant them? If that's a hot season planting, you did great.
Thank you for the encouraging words. I did plant them a little late, but I have the same problem every year. 😂 I’m going to keep trying though.
