oh wow- i visited Bodie, California, some 20 years ago. it was definitely a creppy place. i remember taking photos there with my family.. while we were walking, my professional-grade camera was broken when it smashed into the gravely dirt beneath our feet, regardless of my firm grip on the camera's carrying strap. it felt like someone had deliberately pulled the camera out of my hand... we later had these photos developed, and we ended up with the only photo ive ever taken that captured what some would call a "spirit orb," a small ball of light with trails behind it (similar to a comet). while this may have been an artifact from the camera moving slightly while capturing a hole in the wooden wall, it's still creepy to imagine: if i *did* catch a spirit in my photograph, could that same spirit have attempted to break my camera to ruin my photo.. ??
@@theatom7264 hmm, interesting. wish i had more physical mementos of stories like those, but i dont have a lot of those stories to even tell, heh.. ive been trying to figure out a small run of original content for my *own* RUclips channel, but i havent quite settled on what i want to do yet. if i can ever fit this photo somewhere in an upload, maybe in a video with stories from my youth, ill definitely remember your suggestion. thanks a bunch, and for reading in the first place 😊

You should post it on RUclips. I'd like to see it. Other RUclipsrs with allot of camera experience could be pretty informative about stuff like that.
