Yes, you can get a regular fork and a regular stem, with the adapter he is talking about, I a going to run a Cult Stem I have and keep these forks since I like the color and don't have 200 for an aftermarket fork

Go to porkchop bmx get a quill stem adapter so you can run a 1 1/8" stem.

I haven't wheelied since I was a teenager. Although I did see someone on facebook riding a wheelie on it with no issues and no modifications.
