The pillow spray is to help you drift off more easily, it has chamomile and lavender in it... I use This Works brand a lot, and for this shift worker, it really does work.

For book the chef I think the food quality is a lot more consistent when it's departing from Singapore. Don't know why... Usually the regular business class menu is pretty good, I wish I could choose two meals each time!

Shangri-la hotel has the best hawker food served in the lobby!!! Man you should have tried it!! They actually bought the recipes from the best hawkers around Singapore and serve it in one place!!!! It is a place I go to first whenever I get to go home to Singapore!!!
