Phrases like "I think, nice, I know" are standard responses, like "ဒါပေါ့၊ အဟုတ်ပဲ၊ တကယ်လား" in Burmese, so it's fine to repeat them. Most native English speakers do that too. Vocabulary acquisition comes with more exposure to different content. Keep up the good work!

I don't think Grammer is very essential for speaking. Example: When we speak in Myanmer, we are not thinking where the verb should be and where the noun should be. We just talk to understand the other people. My suggestion is not to study Grammer from books (Grammer will damage your speaking skill a lot) but study Grammer by listening natives' speech (like movies).
