Hi Dr. Thank You sou much for these videos. I have found your videos 2 days ago, while I am searching for veterinary anesthesia lectures. This is such a really an awesome channel. Thank you so much for your time and efforts
Picture 1 is right lateral as heart is more triangular and cruras run parallel Picture 2 is left lareral as round heart apperance and cruras are widely separated
1. In case of tracheal puncture, you have to suture it definitely, just like you suture any organ. 2. I have never seen tracheostomy procedure in LA with HS. Because its a highly fatal disease. And edema of neck will make it difficult to approach the trachea logically. So I have no idea regarding this.
In corneal opacity, entire cornea has opacity, the irish and pupil will not be visible. In cataract, the lens has the opacity, only the pupil has a whitish appearance. The irish will be clearly visible, also the cornea.
@@vetsurgeryatease thankyou sir, one case is here .. the 11yr old dog, having neutrophilia and leukopenia, with opacity of cornea, history of fever 1 month ago, according to owner the opacity of cornea since 7 days...(not clear )sir what we can suspect is it cataract because of old age, or corneal opacity because of vit A deficiency or any infection??
@@anjalisati6828 first diagnose whether corneal opacity or cataract. Take full history - age, sex, breed, body condition, appetite, defecation, urination, vaccination, deworming Note down signs & symptoms Perform clinical examination - survey radiograph, CBC, LFT, KFT, F/S Exam Then diagnosis will be very easy and you can relate the body physiology with pathology.

Hello Sir... I have a question, how we can differentiate between cataract and corneal cloudiness because of any infection agent ???
