Hi coach Darren. I'm so grateful to you for the speech exercises I learnt on your channels. I had other daily technics to improve my speaking abilities but ever since I discovered the efficacy and awesomeness of your " ba da ba" , be de be..., "pa da pa", pe de pe", AND "ma na la, tha va za" etc, I became a consistent very good speaker in both English, French, Swahili, Lingala etc. The effectiveness of your technics are that they work for any language! Wow! Thank you Mcstay!
great video. Thanks for taking the time to make this. I'd love to see a vid on (assuming you have experience with this) improving speaking into a teleprompter.
Hey, thought I’d just throw this out there. People might agree or disagree whatever but I really prefer the older videos where you had the camera slightly above you and were in a dark setting. I found it much more engaging and easier to feel immersed and connected to what you were saying. The really nice and colourful background really takes away my attention away. Anyway love the vids :)
I really needed to hear "you may not be able to speak as dexterously as other people or as articulate or pronounce words as clearly but if you can slow down, at least you will have the opportunity to be heard within the way you speak"
I really appreciate what you teach, just wanna make an observation, when you scream next. It may cause some pain in ears of people that work different, im not judging you. I just want to suggest you to not screan soo loud, or editing the audio soo in the part you scream is not causing ear pain. :c. Sorry if my suggestion bothers your.
@@vocabilities Im preparing myself for an english interview, just letting you know. Your videos help people make their life better all around the world
Your tips are excellent and very effective. Thank you for doing this work. I've been wanting to record some educational presentations, and I've done a few, but I sound horrid. I don't mind hearing my own voice, but the tone and articulation aren't great. I sound like I'm reading a manual instead of making the information engaging. I've never really been a talker. I'm an introverted writer above all. But not everyone likes to read these days. So, I want to present some things in video while not sounding like Ben Stein on mogadon (okay, I'm not THAT bad). Can you direct me to a video on improving tonality? I don't want to sound like I'm reading a children's book, but I don't want to be boring, either. Thanks!
