remeber that when you reach 100% grow you will be almost inmortal, only other deinos and stegos can kill you, remember to use the alt bite too

decided to hand out some tips throughout this.
4:02 to thrash, you wanna be holding the body (if its small enough), hold left click and shake your mouse back and forth. if it's a tiny body though, I wouldn't bother trying to get the organs. they'll be so tiny that you'll bug yourself out trying to get them.
5:11 at that size, you could've grabbed the pachy. you needed to be at least 19% grown to grab one, but now they buffed it to where you can grab them while you're a little smaller, along with other dinos.
right now it's 17% to grab pachies, 14% for utahs and gallis, and between 30-45% to grab carnos, tenos, and ceratos. and depending on the size of the stego depends on if you can grab it. it must be half your weight or lower.
in general, if you wanna hide from other deinos, probably go along the bottom of the lake/river in the brush, it's almost fully camo unless you're bright white.
also, 9:17, holding e does nothing. the only way you can escape grab is if the deino runs out of stam.
another tip, if you wanna learn the map better id suggest using islemaps or vulona gateway map. you just paste in your coordinates and it tells you where you are.
9:48, the chicken leg symbol is food, but not necessarily your diet. if it's your diet, it'll show up as s, lines, or triple dot. be careful with that, cause certain dinos aren't cannibalistic and will get sick. that doesn't apply to deino gladly.
10:00 after a certain size, in a nursery, you'll get stung by bees if you're too big.

In your first Isle video you were happy the terrain didn't have cliffs everywhere like in PoT. Now you know that's not the case. 😂
So, a few tips for you:
To get the organs, you don't shake the corpse with the keyboard, you shake your _mouse_ while holding left click. You're gonna want to do it fairly violently to make sure it works first try lol.
You can hold down Alt to do directional attacks that do extra damage, with the cost of using stamina (On that note, make sure you have auto alt-attacks off in the settings, that way you don't waste stamina when you're just trying to do little bites). You can also hold down Alt and a movement button to free look while moving. When used with Deino, it maintains your depth so you don't sink/float, good for keeping hidden while observing your surroundings.
When traversing cliffs, unless you are a Hererra or a Ptera, *DO NOT SPRINT*. The momentum in this game is wonky, and the slightest increase in speed when you fall will send you flying, ultimately breaking your legs or killing you. Just take it slow.
If and when you play Pteranodon, the name of the game is stamina management, make sure you have stamina at all times, especially for dangerous situations. Ptera soars, which means that it doesn't really flap, you don't need to hold down W or any of the movement keys when in the air other than the occasional spacebar to gain altitude and A and D to bank left and right. Holding the movement keys can be detrimental, as pointing your camera up while holding down W makes the Ptera fly up, which wastes stam. You can hold Z while flying to airbrake and slow down, but if you hold it too long and then let go, you'll just drop out of the sky, so use it wisely.
I hope you play omni next but it pretty much a group dino, i played a solo one, gotta say it's a bit struggling
The migration is where the food spawn and also ai so going to migration is good for you, i learn it from experience of dying from starvation
Also sanctuary in the swamp.. like if you born in the south plain, there's a sanctuary, if you want to go there, you have to go down the cliff which could kill you if you go too fast, also there's a low chance of deino at sanctuary
And remember to use alt bite next time when you get into a fight, also the alt bite take stam so use it wisely
If you get 1 three dot, 1 line and 1 s, you get a perfect diet which will give you a 50+ grown buff

The overall experience as a deinosuchus isnt that glitchy, However on this map there is about 2-3 small rivers that are a bit buggy that seem unfinished. (also at about 40% growth u can grab nearly anything other than stegos/deinos, However at 100% u can grab a 60% stego aswell. Hope this helped 🎃
There's a waterfall bug where two water boxes separate, you can get stuck in a death hole

That game crash was a server restart. You can tell by Ping value not changing at all. Thats a server restart. You lost connection with the server, so Deinos began to float around.

if you are a smaller dieno always sprint far out of the water and run for your life on land
Just a heads up buddy. U did the shake wrong. Hold left mouse button while looking forward. "Notice lookin slightly left or right is stiffer/slower" shake ur mouse left and right. U will do a death roll with anything in ur mouth. But u only get organs from player dinos, not the ai dinos. I e compy, deer, chicken, frog, hog, pterodactyl, big and small fish, and crabs.
if u being grabbed u cant escape like, u can escape if someone who grabbed you has low stam

Depends on your playstyle. Raptors are relatively easy to grow, but they require skill to actually take down something.
Also balance changes exist so in the next update this may not be accurate :p
