Just some tips on the isle hope it helps
1.Eating bones potentially can hurt ur dino doesn't apply to every dino.
2.Eating ur own species cause ur dino to get sick and muscle spaze causing ur dino to random attack, but this doesn't apply to all dino as the croc is seen as a cannibals and can eat there own kind with no side effects.
3.Eating expired meat can make you sick but no all dinos as the cera can eat expired meat and use as bacteria to use charge bite to make the other dino sick.
4.There is a rush stand when you're lying down then press W it cause you yo use stam as it is the fastest way to get up, but if you just press H you'll get up slower but no stam will be used.
5.Attacks have an alt bite when you use alt bite it does higher damage but it uses stam. it helps as well to surprise someone right behind you as it does a quick bite attack if someone trys to sneak up on u behind.
6.There are 5 calls f call is the sound you make when you type in the chat 1 call is broadcast, 2 is friendly, 3 is threatening, 4 is help.
7.All dinos have a unique ability to there dino eg, dilos have a venom ability it damages you over time and can cause you to have hallucinations.
8.You can use mud to hide your seant and block your bleed.
9.You can press Q on a foot print or blood when you see it to track it so the blood/foot print glows for you and you can see it more clearly to hunt. dont hold Q press Q to track.
10.You can drag Corps by pressing G but if its too big you will instead rip a piece off.
11. The character menu where you can see your growth, on the top of the menu should be able to see some information about ur dino eg, the Wight, bite force and etc, but also its actually ur stats weight being your health and bite force being yours damage.
By the way im new to your channel this is what i can think off the top of my head hope you continue more of the isle.
I would buy the Isle if it was on console. It looks nice.
I wish, cause it's almost impossible to set up ur controller on to the game.

Great unbiased review, i am glad you are enjoying the game. I started playing this year and in that time alone, diets were added, both omnivores, cera and i believe deino ? Alot of balancing stuff, migration, sanctuarys (althought i though they are a mistake). What i love is that each dino has their own unique mechanic to them, pounces, knockdowns, venom, bacterial infection. I think it is going in a right direction and i am excited for the future of it. Also animations and soundeffects of dinos are top tier.

Currently the only Omnivores in this game are Beipi and Gallimimus that were added in update 6.5 along with other 2 carnivores Troodon and Cerato
In my opinion, the game is heading into the right direction. Gateway looks amazing (new map). Balancing could be better, but it's improving. The dinosaur designs and sounds are absolutely phenomenal. By no means is the game perfect, no game is, but for early access, it's starting to look like a fully fledged game!

Started playing in 2018, 2500 hours played. The game won’t ever get completed, or live up to full fil the promises made. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, unless you really like dinosaurs. They have high quality models, sounds and some animations.
I've played The Isle from 2019 up till the release of Evrima. Legacy was very fun and challenging. Spent over 300 hours playing it. The problem was they overpromised and underdelivered with Evrima. The initial release was an extreme crash fest. If you were lucky to even get in. Last time i played Evrima was last year. I got so disgusted always being killed by adult dinos of your own kind, because there was no AI, and plus you were an easy target. The grass was always in your face when you are a baby. So you couldn't see good. The recent update, from what i have seen, looks very nice. The map is awesome! But where are all the dinos? I will only go back once they release many more options to choose from. Im glad you played and covered this game. All the best to you!
Yeah they have the AI spawn randomly near a player so like 1/100 chance each time for one to spawn near you. With that system it has created hotspots, mostly the Easter side of the map in the 2 planes areas near the lakes. More players go there making a better chance to find AI around them. No one is following the Migration Zones that were made to help prevent hotspots from forming but at lass... the new AI spawning system just made it worse with the new update that was not fully tested that they pushed out right before going on holiday break, causing alot of uproar for the community. They just need to adjust the system so the spawns are more focused on players that are near the migration zones and ocasional ones at the spawning locations so the young dinos don't immediately starve.
I quit playing the Isle when Evrima arrived. I played the old Isle over 300 hours, and I think it is/was worth it. Sometimes I wish that PoT has some of the Isles's mechanics.
The Isle is a game that is intended to be played in a very specific way, I have played this game for years and I think that if you treat the life of whatever you are playing as like it's your very own life,
so like, don't run around for no reason and avoid getting injured it can get really really exciting.
But if you don't play the game as intended or come across players who don't, it can also get really really frustrating very easily.
So, in conclusion; you will have a REALLY difficult time playing this game, but that also makes being able to survive for a very long time an incredibly rewarding feeling.
Can’t wait for humans! I don’t enjoy growing Dino’s because I don’t have much time on my hands but playing around at human level will be so scary and fun.
I love growing Dinos but I have buddies that find it boring however they can’t wait for humans. I feel like that will bring the game to a broader audience which is great. If balanced correctly the game will be incredible I feel
Well balanced review from a new player perspective, the game is in active development, so much will improve including more Dinos, so a lot to look forward to even for veteran players like myself, I'm very excited in the direction this game is taking particularly recently

Great video! I'm really into the game, but I'm experiencing some performance issues. Could you provide more information about the in-game settings you're using? Specifically, I'm interested in what to enable and disable. Personally, I have a build with an RTX 4080 and an R7 7800X3D, along with 32GB of RAM, so I'm not concerned about the hardware. My main focus is on optimizing the game, as using the maximum settings doesn't seem to be the best approach, yet lowering the settings doesn't make much of a difference for me. Any insights would be appreciated!
Some community servers you can suspend adults into tokens then redeem those tokens into other adult dinos. Like the dinosuchus is worth a stego for the time grown. There is a way to try out other adult dinos, it just depends on your community server. Some even have instant adult grows if you get in their discords.
You actually do have some sort of indicator for your health. The "pulse" in the loser section of your Charakter menue has differential colours depending on your health. Green-100%-75%, Yellow 75%-50%, Orange 50%-25% and Red for 25%-0%

If you play the game , i would disable lumen in the graphics settings since it really takes a lot of performance.
Sadly my pc is not able to run the game.
PoT is what I play when I want to kick back, relax, and chat. It's a pretty relaxed and casual experience, and while that can be fun for some folks that's not enough to make me play on my own. The Isle though, I can play for hours by myself because survival actually means something. I die, I die, and I don't have to be amazing at fighting to survive. I can run, I can be sneaky, I can use the terrain to my advantage. It's just so much more engaging to me.

The isle is so much better for me i used to play games like for honor rust war thunder escape from tarkov then i started to play the isle and i feel my time is much better spent now
Also russian bias Is fake and Sweden bias is insane
Nesting: once you are an adult around 75%-80% growth, you can mate with another player and have a nest to which you will have to take care of for a little bit until your eggs are ready, once theyre ready other players can spawn in your eggs if you make them public and you must raise them, your diet is their diet deciding how fast they grow. i have like 1000 hours i love the game a lot, it has its flaws but the community just loves giving them a hard time about the quality but for a small team its amazing and they are still working on it after like 15 years and i love that would love to play with ya and give answer any questions if i can. also they want you to not be sprinting all the time, preserve that stamina at all cost, thats what the game boils down to
Social Meta: all the herbs are friendly with each other for the most part except steg they are bored and they will 1 shot you to fill that void , omni and troodons are the only carnivores that you can really trust the same species, be on your toes while playing the other carnivores though friends are rare you will most likely be seen as food or a threat, but playing nicely is def the most fun way to play
This Game looks like fun it would be nice if the game was on console so if they add in single player I would play in just that mode due to the ai and no one hunting you , Like how path of titans has because of some quest in the game
i love this game 2.8k hours on Evrima and still alot of fun. But like u said its def not for everyone i love the hardcore survival espect of it and that the personal skills u got with a dino can win a fight against a stronger dino.
If they don't finx the stamina changes, or at least tweak the values. The game is not worth it at the moment. Updates take ages to come out so don't expect this game to become good real fast.
Have you seen the linked pictures of the spino in this game? I don’t know when it’s going to be released but it looks amazing.

In my opinion, legacy is more developed as of right now. It may have less mechanics, but the gameplay is more survival like, the map is pretty good, the broken hit boxes not as much, but the distinct play style of each Dino is cool

I loved envirma when they had the spiro map. It was tons of fun and a blast to play. They forced the gateway update on everyone and completely destroyed what I personally thought was fun about Spiro. The game turned into walking simulator 23, I hate waiting 5-10min for my stamina bar to refill, and it can be hours before you find another player or AI Dino despite a full server. I do think the game will be great eventually but when the player base voices their opinions to the devs only to be mocked and ridiculed by some of them, it’s hard to say yes I recommend this game. I do not recommend it in its current state but I’m hopeful for the future. I really enjoyed spiro and I hope gateway gets to that point.
Spiro was just deathmatch ....3 hot spots and the rest of the map was empty because evryone fought at those 3 hot spots more 2 than 3 hos spots.
@@moluvkbalalala8878 the game period is deathmatch. Only reason this map doesn’t have those hot zones is because of the migration events (which creates those hot spots in the exact same places) which a lot of people die before they get to due to starvation. You still have those hot spots and the map is very difficult to explore without having to rest forever. Like I said it was my preference. If it’s not yours great! It’s just my opinion and as I stated I’m hopeful for the future.

New update brought back hotspots in the east planes areas, due to how AI now will spawn near a player, so if alot of people get in one area there will be more chance to find them. They just need to adjust it so it prioritses spawning for players closer to the migration zones as they were the attempt to stop the hot spots@@moluvkbalalala8878
Idk I avoid The Isle like the plague. I mean I play Red Dead Redemption 2 and Cyberpunk on the highest graphics on my pc and it runs smoothly. However The Isle only runs at like 10 fps on the lowest settings.

Same, this last update improved my fps a little but at the cost of alot of quality and sound bugs and less AI more diet bugs, AI spawning inside stuff.... Its a freak show
Is it changing? I got it in late 2015, didn't "get it", uninstalled. Reinstalled in 2018 or 2019, played for a few hours, nothing but literally just walking to find food, walking to find water, then walking to find food again. Uninstalled.
This game defo worth it, but takes time to understand the mechanics etc. Either way it’s a good patience game in my opinion
the isle evrima has been one of my favorite games EVER, and i'd say i've gotten far beyond my money's worth on it(many hrs) even in it's unfinished state. that said, the most recent update has made me lose confidence in it heading in a "right" direction(the map and stamina changes significantly slowed down the game and player interactions, which is the lifeblood of the game). i would only get the game if it looks fun in the current state it's in, and knowing it can be a buggy mess where you lose hours of "progress" to something dumb. (what you said about needing to be patient and not easily-angered is so true.) Updates are so slow+unpredictable, you'll either just have to take the game as-is or wait to see what it looks like in a few years.
that said, the game can be super immersive and the combat engaging!
It's really good at first, especially when you're new but quickly becomes garbage after trying out everything.
Been playing the isle for ages and I think it finally now getting really good but I’m really not a fan of the recent stam change they made it honestly feels horrible

I kind of like the fact that you can only be one dinosaur and go back to baby when you die. I think path of titans would be a lot less toxic if people didn’t have armies of adults to switch to.
You need a decent PC to play with a decent fps, my gtx 1060 was dying lol
You forgot to tell people they wont be able to grow a single dino before the refund time is over .
I really like the Isle it’s 10/10 but I don’t like the fact that you lose your Dino when you have to choose the other one.

I haven't played the isle since it broke my last pc, it bluescreened it and nothing we did ever fixed the issue it had caused. That and the maker actually showed up at one point, to call me a horrable person for useong a building to hide at near food and water while I waited for a friend. I wasn't trying to glitch into it just useing a spot as cover becuse they would have to go though my head to get to my tail, and doing so would put them in a tight area. He showed up and asked what I was doing, when I said hiding as I waited for my frie d he then said I was a horrable person for trying to glitch into the building witch I was NOT trying to do. I can never recommend the isle to anyone based of thise two facts.

@@krieg2781it's a survival game, you need to fulfill your basic needs, sometime medical injuries or sickness and survive in a hostile environment. Getting to adult is an achievement and not a start of actual fun like PoT is.
And thats not what the initial comments was about. The isle looks Just so mich better in terms of graphics and Animations than PoT.
I personally preffer Path of Titans, but The Isle looks amazing too!

i would play this game way more than i would play path of titans, path of titans is better when you play with a friend and the isle can be best alone, not saying duo sucks but its fun by yourself while pot anything can kill you and most players have friends, its 100% worth buying especialy when you get to play legacy, legacy version is not as good as the evrima but still fun and a bit easy, still pretty crazy it takes 6 fucking hours to grow a rex but you can just bush camp and go afk, then hunt ai when hungry.
after playing path of titans i cant not reccoment or come back to the isle, BTW there are community realism servers just how the isle is so NO QUESTING just afk passive growth :) with modded dinos isle u see the same 5 dinos path of titans with modded servers there is over 30 dinos easily its always something new and more immersive

No the game is bad you’ll get tired of playing it within the first 3 deaths you get because there’s no food anywhere on the map. Stamina takes forever to come back and you’ll die before you can get your stam back fully everytime. The game is horribly balanced and broken. The devs are slow and incompetent and can’t make anything correctly. It’s taken them 5 years and we still have the basic Dino’s and we rarely get an update that changes anything useful. The only good thing about this game is the batter graphics than path of titans. Everything else is 10x worse. They have no tutorial they have no character explanations there is no map or any information for the game. Horrible game devs and a shit game to go with it. Typical Dino game.

do you have your resolution on 2 or something?. This game is actually a bit real you dont have to pick flowers as a t rex to grow and the graphics are insane. There are injuries that dont heal in 2 seconds and lots of mechanics without making it feel like a pvp game. POT is the same old pvp game all these ablities dont make it feel like survival

Oh no, this game is complete dog s**t. As it is now, this game is NOT worth any penny those devs want from it. With each update they keep making terrible mechanism changes that just keep makin git unplayable. If you are a lone player, trying to grow, it gets disheartening. The grouping system alone in evrima is just terrible. In Legacy, you can ask people to group with you and that in itself was a good kind of mission to do and had it's own challenges. Here in evrima, there are no different chatrooms (good luck if your in a cera group without VC and want to coordinate attacking another cera). They basically turned this game into one where you need others, but don't give you any support in order to do so. It's only luck if you find cool people that won't kill you off the bat, which with it's diet and crap stam system, is most likely going it happen. This is def honeymoon phase in the video and once you keep dying as a lone player over and over and over and over again with nothing to do but sit in a bush once you get your diets cuz if you even try to migrate, well there goes your stam and most likely you'll just die right off the bat either to other players or starvation. This game is not worth it, and if the devs keep going in the same direction they have been with every update, ie just making terrible decisions that make game play worse, then it is def not going to be worth it. (for reference I have a little over 1,100 hours on the game, half on legacy and half on evrima (mostly Isla Spiro) and right now I can only play legacy)
