- A massive Microsoft outage unleashed havoc on computer systems across the world, grounding flights and crippling banks, stock exchanges, payment systems and emergency services. Microsoft, in a tweet approximately six hours after the outage was first reported, said that “Multiple services are continuing to see improvements in availability as our mitigation actions progress”.

How long will India keep using Western software and social media apps? We need to create our own indigenous software, operating systems, and social media apps for national security and digital sovereignty. Our gov need to seriously look into this.
bro pls shut up... it is not a western product... most of the OS of the Windows, Apple, NVIDIA have Indian IT heads... It is just a glitch... not a cyber-attack.

This shows that they are not aware that this is due to Crowdstrike (Security Tool) patch update which affected Microsoft Systems.

Few years after President Putin came to power he kicked out a major IT Company from Russia. This Indian Company used to take Erstwhile Soviet Union for a ride. Readers must understand which Indian IT Company I am talking about. President Putin does not boast and make hollow Make in Russia noise. Unlike Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's hollow, "Make in India", noise, President Putin puts his words into action. Over the last 25 years President Putin is ruling Russia with full authority, control and Iron fist. No antinational activity, antisemitism and dissidence is tolerated. General Russian people are having an improved lifestyle and enjoying all sorts of amenities. With his vision and actions President Putin has transformed Russia economically, socially, educationally, scientifically, agriculturally, technologically, militarily, infrastructurally, industrially an extremely strong and formidable force on the earth. In terms of Energy, Oil, Gas, Coal, Nuclear Energy Russia has emerged very strong over the years. Russia exports huge quantities of oil to India and China and supplies enormous quantities of Gas to the European Union Nations through Nord Stream one pipeline. GDP and Gross National Income of Russia is all time high.Hail President Putin, Hail Russia.

Recently IIT Madras had developed an indigeneous Operating System known as Bhar OS.
Moreover DRDO had also developed an indigeneous operating system known as "Maya OS" in 2021 for millitary equipped systems in case of any security threats.
MayaOS is only used in Military personal not for endusers. There's one company Dekoo india, building the entire ecosystem as alternative with active r&d in bangalore

India must stop depending on the International IT Giants like Microsoft, Google etc. His Excellency Vladimir Putin the President of Russia has greatly stopped depending on these systems and Russia had devised it's own systems and hardware. Digitally Russia has become so powerful that Russians are jamming American and European software systems which is making their arms and armaments ineffective in Ukraine.
