You should try Kayle, any augment that works on ability hits works on her level 11 waves (phenomenal evil, spell wake, etc…) and they also apply on hit effects, it’s pretty crazy.
Locket is a really good item with Apex Inventor. Fimbulwinter is even more nuts when you have enough slows to proc it over and over, and cho does with his E.
Yeah arena seems unfun. Peak gameplay was the Nunu & Urgot vs Cho'Gath & Morde. Everyone just too tanky and healing too much. Hopefully Riot works on that or its gonna turn stale and die fairly quicky

Not really since itll only be applied every few seconds from abilties. 1 rotation and youd need to wait like 3 seconds before you can do it again which isn't very good
After trying both ADAPt and EscAPADe on Katarina i can conclude that both are fucking useless... You can better just buy normal ad or ap and get more out of it
