I love that this family is just so about supporting their kids. Like there’s so much to do they really seem to emphasize that all their kids are active. Like. They really emphasize you know doing things and also being creative. This seems like a really cool family. I also imagine that maybe the toddler bedroom was a bathroom that they converted into a bedroom. But like they decided to keep the sink. And maybe as that kid grows up and becomes sort of a place to fill up water, guns or water balloons. Maybe they’re the ones that become a lot more mischievous. I loved this challenge and I really hope that you do it again.

Potty training requires every trick in the book! My little cousin has a potty in her room because she insists on not wearing a pull-up at night but also can’t make it through the night without needing to pee lol

Idea that helps explain the 1st bathroom: They are currently updating or building the robot toilet and the robotics table is on wheels and has been transferred there for easier tool access!
Edit: for the 2nd bathroom, you could say that someone went through a break up and they are taking a mischievous way to cope
Edit2: for the potty room:
The toddler in the room is currently learning and they are having a lot of trouble in remembering that if they have to go. So they put a potty in the room to try and have them remember to try and use it instead of their diaper!
Second explanation for the robotics bathroom, the robots can sleep in the station so the bathroom is their en suit!
The skill. The creativity. The resourcefulness. The robot decor in the Meditation bedroom. The rock-climbing wall in the living room. The impossible, unbelievable, *cohesion?!* Iconic, unequaled, unsurpassed.
This is so fun, now I really wanna try this out hahaha I think it would have been interesting to see you fully embrace the rock climbing skill in the living room the same way you did with the robotics bathroom, like for example use the colors of the rock climbing wall and decorate the living room in those colors instead of hidding it. I liked the robotic bathroom a lot xD great video as always!
i love the idea of the house being owned by a grandparent really into knitting! the piano bedroom with a balcony would be so perfect for them haha

It makes so much sense to have a robotics station in the bathroom tho! If there is an oil spill or things get dirty in general, it won’t be a hassle to clean the tile.
When I and my cousins were younger, we would always have the potty out in the hallway near the bathroom. And I think a lot of people do actually keep the potty in the toddler's room, just so they can clean it up immediately.

For the potty room, you could say that the parent put it there because the toddler has trouble navigating their way to the bathroom at night, and they don't want them to wet the bed I'm not sure what you'd say for the sink though.

I have a story for the house lol. An herbalist woman falls in love with a robotic obsessed father because of his hard working skills. Because of his career, he has lots of wealth. The Fathers kids move in with the mothers children. Mothers children: A piano girl (8) is a little rude and stuck up, but is kind to the people she loves dearly. She is very passionate about her piano skills. A wellnes s filled teenager, or at least wants to be because of their anger issues, warms up to the family eventually. Now is the fathers children: A chaotic 4 and a half year old toddler who loves rock climbing and dangerous adventures has a hard time getting along with her brother, (11) who is a "pro" ski freak and often argue about which sport is better. Together, the family goes on wild adventures along the way, and learns how to be a great family.

WHAT KIND OF MEDIA PRODUCTION ARE THOSE PARENTS MAKNIG IN THAT ROOM?! lolol the way that i was with you through the robotics bathroom, climbing living room, and even potty bedroom, but the media production room took me over the edge (pun not intended) IM DYING.
The robotics bathroom could have had like a no contamination shower + sink from get to work. Than you can say you were protecting the robot.

i really like including the shell part as a speed build! it's hard to choose between showing the building of the shell or not but this is a perfect compromise

My dog is a professional snuggler, she is a medium sized beagle mix (looks lab-ish), so naturally she thinks she's a lap dog. So she'll snuggle right onto your lap/torso and just suffocate you with love. I adore my Lucy Soo. And her snuggles. So yes. Doggie snuggles are THE BEST!!!

So, I watched this video not too long ago. Then I literally downloaded this house to use for my family because I thought it was super cute, completely forgetting about all the different skills. Slowly but surely I started noticing all the interesting additions, the rock climbing wall, robotics, mischief items, etc 😂 it was quite funny

This is why you’re the professional. If I would’ve got rock climbing I would’ve gave them some rock climbing books and called it a day. There’s no way I would’ve put the machine in my living room. 😂
my story idea for this is that one parent is a famous rock climber, the other knits and does herbalism, and the two of them vlog their family's adventures. The teen is into wellness, with a younger sibling who likes to ski and another who plays the piano and a toddler who is learning to potty. the bathrooms I can't explain much haha. but this would be a really cool family to play as!
This was so fun and inspiring! I would love to see more skills. P.S. I always put the potty in the toddler's bedroom. It's more convenient and space efficient since I tend to make tiny bathrooms.

watching the piano skill room after growing together had brought us the first upright piano lol the wheel knew already!
The storyline behind this could be parents that love cooking and growing plants/herbs. one of the grandmas moved in (where the knitting came in) then the couple has three kids a teenager (13-15), a younger kid (6-9) and a toddler (2-3) which would explain everything in the house.

My idea for this fam:
All the fam is fairly active, and the father decided to stream the things the kids do! Like skiing tricks, yoga tutorials, piano lessons, etc.. And they were fine with it! The toddler however, has some trouble with things, hence why he has a potty in his room. The first teen, the oldest, is slowly trying to become their own person. The robotics their mom and dad support, but they also do streaming and play games, they team up with the second oldest child to make music together.
The second teen, she likes all music, even though her parents disagree with some. So, she sneaks away at night sometimes to go to concerts.
The third oldest, the kid. He didn't want to do skiing at first, but grew to like it, he still likes other things too, and is mainly chill.
The mom is very supportive and is definitely an environmentalist. She babies her plants and frequently does rock climbing to reach different herbs in difficult areas. That's why they have a rock wall. Only thing, she's slowly seeing a side of her husband she doesn't like, and it's not going away. She is also falling out of love, but wants to keep family together in order to give her kids the perfect childhood possible.
The dad. He's loving, don't get me wrong, but a bit(lot) fame obsessed. Since he was young he was told to succeed. So he means well, just isn't doing it right. He's noticed how his wife kind of ignores or avoided him mostly, so he's worried she's cheating, (she's not) but still is going to bring it up.

I do have a toddler and yes, we have a potty in the bedroom. A potty in the living room, and a potty in the den/kids' hangout area. We bring a little bowl of water or walk him to the sink. But yeah, a potty bedroom is actually realistic! 🤣😂🤣😂

The thought i had with the random skills in bedrooms is that when you have a big family like that, theres no extra space to have your streaming set up or your piano separate!
I really loved seeing these uncommon skills, apart from potty training I don't play with any of them.

Can I first to say that I am living for this challenge! This build is amazing. I’m just at the first bathroom and I’m like the exterior is amazing and super pretty. The rock climbing living room you make this work so well. I am so nervous for the rest of the house but I’m excited for it.
I almost always put the potty in the toddler bedrooms for gameplay ease because toddlers take so long to walk to the bathroom😂
You should do a video where you make a lot filled with base game skills in one lot. And you’ll see how many you can fit in.
Since your into building family homes right now. You should do each room is decided by the family member. So you basically randomize 8/ make 8 sims into the family and then on a wheel you spin it and whatever family member you get you have to base the room off the family members traits/personality/interest/likes
Ooo you should have done the "robotics bathroom" as a laundry room/utility room! I feel like that would have fit.

Not a parent but an auntie. When you're potty training a toddler, it's not unheard of to have potties in strange places. Their bedroom, the living room, the back of the car... because when a toddler has to go, they really have to go. Also, if you have a two story house and the only bathroom is on the ground floor (super common in old houses), it's definitely not safe for toddlers to be going down the stairs middle of the night by themselves when they have to tinkle.
You became my favourite RUclipsr!!! I love every video you make! I would love to see more of these random aesthetic challenges, there are so many cool and unknown aesthetics on those wheels, i love it! Maybe restaurants, cafes, community spaces, dorms, gyms or other lots :)
i usually put the potty in the toddlers bedroom since I want them to stay in that room most of the time, if it's in bathroom then the sims who wants to go to toilet/bath can't go in.
I loved it, such a fun build, I loved the pastels tones, definitely sone unique stuff! You can pull off even the weirdest concepts🤍
as a parent to a toddler, the potty 100% belongs in the bedroom .... and the living room. and the kitchen. and the garden. just anywhere your toddler might be hanging out, bring the potty there (if you're still training that is, in the early stages at least)

The potty in the bedroom is totally fine. When potty-training you start with it next to their bed and slowly move it through the house to the bathroom. Potty training starts when the child starts waking up with a dry diaper.

The robotics bathroom to me looks like maybe it used to have laundry, but someone got a little carried away trying to fix the laundry machines, and that's why they got moved upstairs lol
