I remember the motivation it gave me back in the day,now with the new standards of SW like full planches,FL pullups and hefesto this video seems like a beginner progression of a SW athlete.
But still i have alot of respect to him.

***** Hey buddy, im in street workout/calisthenics almost 3years , before i mix some calis exercises with classic fitness gym training ( iron, machines etc u know )
Its hard to tell, i often mix weighted and bodyweight training in one...but when i want to go for a pure raw strenght i do only weighted in one training nothing else..

People on this video argue a lot about "workout". READ THE TITLE - born to trick. This is a show video, to demonstrate strength, speed and control. Or sometimes, it is just about having fun. Most regular people don't understand that true athletes and fanatics don't do it because they want to look good or they want to be better than someone else. They, just like me have found, that taking your body to new limits is as fun as it is challenging.

Absolut geiles Video. Die Hintergrund-Musik passt und die Moves sind Hammer ( "Muss sofort an die Stange!") Bin selber auf dem Weg zum absoluten "Hammer" Körper und dafür ist " Calisthenics" unerlässlich. Ich liebe diese Sportart. Scheiss auf "Blei" heben.
