great video. I honestly don't like playing as anyone but Poundmaker. Granted I have yet to win a game yet, BUT Poundmaker's trade route bonuses really helps me boost my coin, tech and diplomacy. I also love how his trade routes steal tiles for you which aids in expansion, of course. I have just been trying to determine which works best for me.

Good points. I will try to make specialized trade routes and use your methods. I usually make a pool of other B Tier civs for them to play against and keep the overpowered ones like Bull Moose Teddy out to make the game interesting and fair.

I love playing the Cree and actually really like going for Diplomatic Victory, so this video was super helpful.
Which pantheon would you recommend? God of the open sky comes to mind but Fertility Rites could be good too

It’s map dependent but I usually almost never go fertility rights. I don’t know I don’t think the free builder is as good as other things and it actually lies about the growth! The growth you get is not on your base food yield it’s on the food left over after your pops needs are met so it’s significantly smaller! I like open sky if I have lots of pastures but to me if I can’t get the settler pantheon I would go for the pantheon that fits the most nearby improvements (pastures, camps) if I have at least 4-5 of them or divine spark is never bad

@@STGSheep oh, I didn't know that about the growth, thanks. I feel like the builder is solid because of the many pastures you want to improve. Your points are valid though

just to point out meekowap give +2 housing +2 production after meet civics requirement. plus the adjacency bonus. without appeal reduction. one of the best improvement. even better than Mine. these bonus kick in very early in the game

Don't sleep on free vision. City states are game changing being able to find them all more easily is super usefull.

The best way to learn is to just play slow! Focus on food and production
