Sorry for such a short video! I'm just trying to keep it as entertaining as I can with what footage I have,
Longer video's are coming don't worry! - Editor
very nicely edited and well done with the video input and the content is good ,, video do not have to be massively long to be be good sometimes the short story ones are way better because they get to the point keep the audience and interest and don't loose their main story line or objective ,,,,,,keep up the good work well done
You are doing a great job 👍👍👍
This is definitely a business that gets in your blood you either love it or you won’t stay in it for long ! Thanks for the video!
That is ok we love these! Whenever you have a chance to do these we will be here!
Hey Jamie ! Just checking in with a short video is fine. You always have something interesting to post. Good seeingya!
The nice part about this, is Jamie is just a normal guy, and he takes the time to talk to the world. Thank you guys.
my Jamie davis Towing story... i was riding my motorcycle from ontario to british columbia, in the nineties. I needed some dot5 brake fluid. no one west of Ontario had it. someone on the road in bc overheard my dilema at a gas stop. they told me to stop at the tow shop in Hope. I stopped to enquire and low and behold they had it but not for sale to public. They gave me a little out of their large container from the tow shop for me to use to get home NO CHARGE. Then i see your show and remembered your kindness. will always watch as i used to drive a tow truck in my youth!!
“Highway thru Hell” is my favorite show. I never miss the episodes or the reruns. Please keep going!!
I am 26 and have had my own business for 5 years now. All the time I take pictures of the trucks and crew so that when I'm older I can look back on the history of where we have came. I love the old photos you show.
Good for you! keep it up!
AEG 3737 If I could give you a 1,000 thumbs up I would!! Take it from a Retiree, be proud of what you have accomplished in five years. Learn from your mistakes and Never look back. No Rear View Mirror Thinking!!
Love The VIdeo's Keep Them Comming,Thank You From Buffalo,NY
Thx for sharing your story Jamie, your dream came true and more. Not too many people can say they earned their way into the International Towing Hall of Fame. Love watching your show, never miss it. Best of health to you and your family, stay safe. Great job filming these videos Brianna they’re not too short and to the point….keep them coming you’re a natural at it.
I love heavy rescue and I look up to you
I work at ace towing and you are what keeps me going
It's hell week I have watched it every day ever minute of it
Thanks for the update. Really enjoy these videos. I was lucky to meet Jamie in 2019 while l was on holiday from🇬🇧. Great guy!
Jamie using the snap on tool box as his desk love it..
Awesome life lessons. Your dad was a wise man. You are a wise man and teaching your stepson and son well. God Bless you Jamie and your family.
I love your story and follow all your shows and it reminds me when I was a kid in North Vancouver . I grow up learning about cars at my dads and his brothers towing and wrecking business. Independent auto towing and wrecking. .
Thanks for sharing.
Hi Jamie, Always loved your shows. I even enjoy watching the reruns. Nice video of how you got started. Keep 'em coming.
Good Morning Jamie
Thanks for the morning video having my coffee watching.
You look happy and healthy. Hope the family and friends are healthy and safe. Till next video stay safe and healthy 👍😎
Good tv show. On a couple of trips to the states several years ago I was surprised to see “Highway Tru Hell” on American tv! I think it was on the the weather channel. I drove tow truck years ago when I was in my 20’s. 1981 or so. Started driving while on strike at Stelco. Repair shop towing, CAA, Ontario Provincial Police. Loved it at the time wouldn’t now though. I can say one thing, I liked winter up until I drove tow truck for a couple of winter seasons. Hours on end of soaked pants, wet cold feet and frozen hands some days went day and night during storms. Tow truck drivers are an unappreciated breed of people. Cheers🍻🇨🇦🥂🇺🇸👍
Another mic dropper keep it up guys great videos
It's nice to hear the back story of how it started. I've always had a love of big trucks. Semis, Dump, and Tow and watching your show and videos is very enjoyable for me. If weren't tied to a business I'd be in some aren't of the trucking business and behind the wheel. If you're looking for some story ideas, a fire side chat, or shop BS session sharing stories may be good.
I agree whole-heartedly, Jamie. Working for a smaller business is the way to go. I work for a brother/sister owned printing company & there are 7 employees here. Low overhead, smaller bills, no big corporate "nonsense" to deal with....it's a win-win!
I LOve your show i try 2 watch your show every time its on
Greetings from Saginaw, Michigan. Found this channel at random while looking for HTH eps. (I don't have pay-tv). I find the show rather fascinating.
Neat little bit of history. I guess that Husky wrecker is long gone. Cool that everyone works together but still in competition.
I really enjoy watching your show I've always been a big fan of Towing
Holy toledo! Stand up in the cab! No seat belt how the sam heck did you live to this age ! Thanks for your stories
Awesome the hear the history of how you got started Jamie. I agree that staying small is a smart move and also for the employees feel more part of the business rather than a number. Speaking from personal experience, a family owned small business is way bette o work for as well. Have a great day all. 😊👍🏻
Thanks for the video Jamie, all the way from Trinidad and Tobago.
Enjoy your TV show Jamie, and now your you tube channel,
Your knowledge of towing industry is unreal.
Keep up the channel.
Dave,
Dublin,Ireland.
You worked hard and continue to do so. I've enjoyed your operation since I first saw you years back on your show. You've touched lives of those you've worked with and those who watched!
Be safe Jamie! Hope all is well. Greetings from across the border in Pennsylvania.
Awesome love watching this kind of content.
Jamie echt cool das du mit deinen alten trucks so erfolgreich bist. Frohe Weihnachten dir und deiner Familie. LG aus Thüringen germany
Hey, Jamie and crew I love the show and the videos
Brilliant wee video stay safe out there guys sending love and good thoughts from Glasgow Scotland 🏴
Keep them coming Jamie! Love the videos
My 4 year old calls your show "trucks getting stuck". We watch it all the time. Keep up the good RUclips content
Jamie is Adam and howie ever coming back to the show. I’ve been binge watching the show. On season 4 now...even though Adam was kind of a bully I miss his character on the show.
I run a rv transport business here in southern. Cali and I like his take charge attitude. Reminds me of me. Lol. We are based out of California but we go everywhere. I’ve dropped rvs at the Canadian border and have called transport companies in Canada to take it from there into Canada. Most were going to Alaska
Excellent video keep up the great videos 👍👍👍👍
Very interesting story. Similar to mine! I was learning the construction and real estate appraisal business from my father. I wanted to grow the business. He didn't. He retired a few years later. I grew the business rapidly, then reduced it almost as rapidly! Like you said, bigger ain't always better.
It's amazing to see this channel grow, your doing a fantastic job Brianna of filming and editing, keep up the great work. This was the video I voted for the other day, thank you and your Dad for taking the time to talk with us. I still hope Jamie can take you on some rescue's big or small. You all have a great weekend up there in Hope and be stay safe.
Thank you! it's incredible how fast it's moving in the beginning I thought we'd get about 5,000 subscriber's at the most! for the future of the channel I'll be expanding & filming with WAY more people I just need my license and a car and I'll be on my way to film lot's of cooler video's! my option's for filming are pretty limited at the moment so I TRY to get the best I can!
Im turning 16 on December 31 so pretty soon you'll see WAYY cooler stuff! - Brianna
@@JamieDavisTowingOfficial Excellent, glad to hear that. You keep doing what your doing and you'll be knocking on the door of the ONE MILLION subscribers club sooner than you think. Jamie Davis towing is big hit down here in the states and I'm sure in Canada as well. Can't wait to see what you come up with and congrats on you getting your license. Maybe you'll be driving the pickup truck flagging for Jamie one day kinda like Brandon did or still does. Either way good luck to you and again you stay safe up there and thank you for the time you take to do these video's.
All ways good hearing from Jamie
Quality gets better and better. Slow but steady forward. Keep it up!
edewaal97 I’m trying to buy a new camera for the video’s but the camera body WITHOUT the Lens is $4,700 I was shocked! I haven’t slept for 3 days straight just trying to get the video’s ready & all in order! It’s a love/Hate relationship - Filmer & Editor
@@JamieDavisTowingOfficial Please focus on the content first, before going out to buy new equipment. Try and make a little backlog of video's you can release. It's more beneficial to have a strong release schedule than the improvements that 4700 dollar camera bring.
Try and get lighting and audio top notch before going out and spending a month's worth of full time income (or even more) on that camera. There are big RUclips channels around that film mostly on a high end smartphone (for example Goonzquad).
Keep it up!
Happy Birthday Jamie.
🎂Happy Birthday 🎂

Doing great Jamie cant wait to see the trucks all compleated.
to a gentleman who has shown us a skilled and challenged job, i wish you a pleasant birthday
Thanks Jamie for sharing that with us. I know what you mean full of vinegar I started at age 20 and I’m still at it going on 45. It’s love and hate sometimes.
Hi .
I watch highway this hell.
And love it .
Keep up the good content 👍👍
Decent Jimmy Decent
very cool.
What truck would you like to add to your fleet if money was not an issue?
I wonder if I’m the only female who watches you every night! I get into bed and tuen on the Weather Channel to see you. I love you, Jamie and what an obviously great, caring guy! Keep HTH going!
Do you folks remember - " Josh Towing " - from the 1980s.... a fellow who was in Skykomish, Washington ? I worked with him in November , 1989 on a massive wreck on the east side of Hwy 2 ( Stevens Pass ).... he had a 1972 KW at that time.... Super guy... just wondering..it is a small world...
I started my towing career in 1989 at 21 and retired in 2010 because of glaucoma I started on a Holmes split boom wrecker on a ford F600 I like the fact that you like the old school trucks what do you think of the Don Hines Stick Boom heavy dutys?
Nice snap-on tool box!
Hi Jamie I remember the very first season when you had the rotator then lost track for a while then started watching again and see it's not in your line up anymore hope nothing bad happen
Awesome thanks
Thanks for sharing your memories Jamie have you ever been to phoenix az
David Nelson No Problem David! Course I have 😎
Happy Birthday
Your a great guy
I've been thinking about getting into the heavy towing industry, but i don't know the first step towards getting in the industry, I'm not sure if this comment will be seen, but i also want to wish everyone here as well as jamie and his family a wonderful and safe merry Christmas and a happy new year
WOW. You had to do some amazing editing Briana. Your dad kept fumbeling or was he going off subject with his story? Was interesting to lurn about those fun facts. I'm sure you did to ( if you haven't before).
rosymaam68 I had to chop down 1 HOUR of footage hahaha it was crazy! He kept stuttering or repeated the same thing haha I don’t mind but it took me 4-5 hours of straight editing to chop it all down! -Brianna
Any opinions on the newer 100 ton rotators?
Sir Jamie !!! Know you like to keep at low key,, but turn the reminder bell on so that we the viewers will be notified when you put out videos so that we DON"T miss them !!! Thanks for your thoughts & Family History !!! Hope Ms. Briana keeps things rolling when you ""RETIRE"" HAHA !!! Maybe you'll become 1 of those ''SNOWBIRDS"" from the North !!! HAHA ""KEEP IT SAFE ""!!!
Hahaha, Unfortunately RUclips has this "Made For Kids" mode on and that's preventing the notifications from going through! stay safe as well!
@@JamieDavisTowingOfficial Well,, from what you have put out ,,NOTHING that Kids can't see as regular TV has more bad then what you do as you well Know !!! Don't make much sense ????
I see the there is a 100 ton rotator at Miller. Any chances you will end up with one?
😍
Your shows is not on Netflix can you please git it on please and thank you.
So what’s the story behind you and Jason and Aggressive towing?
Your father was a wise man!! Keep it manageable an also easier to control the profit/loss margin... Sure it nice to have the latest and greatest tools to work with.but that doesn't mean you cannot accomplish the job with the less...
It's a huge investment
Stay safe and your family
Hello Jamie Davis 🖐
Muhammet Ali YILMAZ hello! 👋
Nice Video and Yeah stay small or just large enough to do well AND keep your wife and family happy. Nothing is worse than being filthy rich and your kids hate you as you ignored them.
I am sure after your huge Alberta expansion you found out bigger is not better and kudos to you for downsizing and right sizing.
Manitoba has those huge open prairie blizzards on the Trans Canada like the scenes from Alberta and my Uncle was a Ryder mechanic and hated the winter work.
Bullet hole?? I hope it didn't happen while driving! (That would make for even a greater story). Keep up the good work and thanks for the story.
Are you still partners In Aggressive with Jason?
Hi Jamie, what is the purpose of a tag axle ?
Do you own the name of aldergrove towing company?
Hey Jamie got a question have you talked to Adam anymore are you guys still Friends?
Why is highway through hell not on Netflix
Do you still own a part of Aggressive towing?
I was wondering the same thing
Most wont agree.
I love the older wreckers. Work horses.
A can do dam near anything with a old 440 or 850.
I miss those days.
Are you going to get a smaller rotator like a 50 ton
Did u check out the one he just. bought
HI JAMIE THIS IS MICHAEL BEHRLE FROM ST.LOUIS MO.IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE BRUCES TRUCK IN OLD AND IF I GET A ROTATOR CAN I PUT IT ON WITH
a question, is it possible if a female can be a big rig towing operator i do have a Class A License i never see a female doing that kind of job before im just wondering?
Bullet holes in the windshield are mandatory now to operate a towing company.
Wtf
Was hear
Why the split from Aggressive? Was it too big and splitting into two smaller shops made more sense?
Jamie when are you going to finish Bruce's truck come on man hurry up mate
I want you guys on Netflix why aren’t you on Netflix anymore
David Baia Sadly I don’t make those choices but if it was up to me it’d be on Netflix, The Season 9 of HTH is on Discovery Channel! it JUST came out 2 weeks ago
New equipment is nice but the older stuff is better built.
Stop ahead 400 sets Jamie Davis's towing and recovery on Fire and gets arrested/ grounded
Jamie I just wish you would get the hell away from the Discovery Channel, and get back out on your own, and start making full videos again, because the Discovery Channel is killing you!
How many fans have you lost since you stopped making the full episodes? Uh-Huh!...🤔😒
Well Merry Christmas Bubba, and to all the guys there at Jamie Davis Heavy Duty Recovery!...🎄⛄🎅🙏👍
soo much editing.
