That coconut waste in the end is then fed to the cows as cow feed. I love how all ancient processes had little to no waste whatsoever everything was reused.
It's the same process, products and byproducts if you do this in a mill. No need to hold on to "ancient" stuff.

I grow up in a farm or country side. And these cows/buls are stronger than you think.

Please use rogdo and grind some coconut and get oil as well. As goans we never used rogdo for extraction of coconut oil. If you know such traditional method followed in goa let me know the place

You can first soak all the coconuts and then dry ...then u can try to crush for oil ..this gives cholesterol free oil ...
Im interested in the process as i saw no milk being heated to produce oil.

@@realtalks9472 thank you very much. I'll be trying this. In the Caribbean where I live we literally have lots of coconuts but we traditionally heat the cream to extract the oil. So it's nice to see another way.
