This video is a creation of epic grandeur. From the meaning of the video, to the incredible number of separate little clips it took to creat this, to the stunning videography, the clarity of each shot individually, the setting of each comment in a pristine location, to the editing of these individual video clips and and weaving them, into one coherent presentation, to the reason the gathering, remembering, and proclaiming who this video was made about. How can so many men have such a admiration for someone who seemed to touch each of their lives. Stunning from the motivation that a man named "Brad" could leave as one of his marks on this world, to the person who thought to create a video like this. There is a wealth of "life lessons" in this production. And this video was nothing less than a world class production from all aspects!!
The cooking looked awesome, the "realness" of all these guys was way over the top, the threads that tied you all together. Brad is what I call "a successful man". Someone who found and did his purpose on this earth. A tribute to Brad is an understatement of what this video accomplished. I hope it gets played in a great big theater in Heaven.
I knew Justin was really good, but where he found so many good actors to model his t-shirts in the woods is really amazing. And how Justin created each scene like it was a custom made natural "set" was so well done. Kodak must have made some real good cameras somewhere in it's spastic and I guess Justin found one of them in a pawn shop! Shows what reading the manual can do for a toy! I know this story seemed original, but there was a book many years ago that I really think it was "heavily" borrowed from. The book was "How To Build A Successful Dentistry Business By Making Every Man On Earth Your Best Friend". It was written by a guy whose name I can't remember, it was Brad something :)
In reality, each man in this video is not a diamond in the rough, but a diamond that life has made into a highly polished valuable jewel. To know a man like Brad existed is one thing, to gather to give honor to where honor is due, well men like that are few and barely can be found anymore. I truly hope I never met any of them other than in this video as each of them sit on a pedestal and I want to keep that thought untarnished. One that sounds like another real life "Brad" is Justin. To create a tribute like this for his friend, well I'll take 2 of him - well done 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

By far the best video I’ve seen on RUclips in I don’t know how long. I was in tears, and am inspired to get this kind of time with the mighty men of valor in my life before it’s too late. Justin, this was an incredible tribute for your friend. It really made me appreciate my upbringing watching this. It appears you & i are seriously so much a like. We both have great friends, we were both raised in a home centered around Christ & obviously we both love Bbq. I’m sure Brad & his daughters will cherish this video for many years to come. Your heart is definitely in the right place & your friends are solid as well. Thanks for sharing this brother. I gotta admit it brought a couple tears to my eyes. But that’s a good thing. It just means that God never stops working & that our faith in him will sustain us even on the toughest days. So thank you Justin for sharing. Thank you so much Parker. This is a really kind comment. Yeah, making videos is very hard...especially in a situation like this when there are so many moving parts. The key is to have some idea of the story you are trying to tell so you can carve out the parts that support it. I have over nine hours of footage for this one so just watching it all was a challenge, much less becoming familiar enough to find a story.
In the end, it was worth it. And it was very good for my soul. Made me appreciate my incredible friends even more.

This was right outside Jasper. I grew up in LR and went to Fayetteville for college. I knew the Ozarks were pretty but never spent much time in the north central part of the state because, obviously, there isn't much up there...which is what makes it amazing! Where are you?

Amazing video and an amazing tribute to your friend! Something similar happened to me and my high school buddies in January of this year and after 30+ years we did a guys trip to Table Rock lake in Branson, MO a couple of weeks ago in honor of our friend who had passed. My friends passing made us all realize that life passes way to quick and that it’s time to get back to the basics like old friendships! Our goal is to make it an annual trip moving forward. What the heck?! I thought I was going to see more rib cooking, but instead I became totally absorbed in a weekend tribute to an obviously wonderful and beloved lifelong friend. As a hunter, fisherman, and overall outdoorsman, I couldn't pick a more beautiful venue to honor a departed friend. I'm a generation older than you guys, but it would be my hope that on the occasion of my departing my compadres would honor me in such enviable fashion. Brad was truly a very blessed man to have such a wonderful family and devoted following, richly deserved obviously.
