I found your channel recently and I am really enjoying your videos. Seeing you and Roan out together brings back lots of good memories of going out with my late father from an early age. The praise you give Roan when he has a good shot reminds me of when my father did the same to me and I used to feel 10 feet tall. Pleased to see Roan wearing ear protection, something we never considered back in the day and which I regret not doing now. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for watching and glad you enjoy the videos. I hope Roan has fond memories of our adventures when he gets older. I certainly do of being out fishing with my dad. Thanks again 👍
Thanks Andrew, we've not managed out as much as we should have but that's life unfortunately. Hopefully get out and about a few times before the end of the shooting season. Hard to believe opening day on the Tays just over two weeks away. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 👍
Another brilliant video, you're so fortunate to have the permission that you do, I'd absolutely love to be able to work Rico over so much land, if you ever need an enthusiastic, hard working little spaniel as a stand in for your girl we'd be happy to oblige ! lol keep up the good work 😆
Thanks again for watching and glad you enjoyed it. We are extremely lucky to have what we do, I know so many people who don't have any ground, it's a shame as there will be lots out there that isn't but it's finding it.
Thanks for watching, I tend to use a 5 at this time of year as we might come across the odd duck or pheasant when we're out as well. Generally 6 for pigeons and 5 for crows if we are targeting them specifically. 👍
Lovely videos concentrating on countryside and a bit of sport rather than shooting hundreds of reared pheasants and ducks. A refreshing change. Cannot see any justification in shooting endangered birds like woodcock so glad to see you don’t go after them, real pleasure in just seeing a woodcock.
Thanks for watching and the kind comments. I've been driven shooting a couple of times but much prefer a wander around with Roan or some friends. Glad you enjoyed it. 👍

nice heart warming vid. what shot size do you use for crow hunting? is #5 or #6 enough to drop crows?

I'm using clay carts depends if you can place the lead or steel with good contact
Good work lads, do you follow the woodcock up? Great bird
Hi, we've a few on our pieces of ground but not many. We don't look specifically for them. They're beautiful birds.
Muy excelentes lances de cazerias amigos saludos
Thanks 👍

Love it guys
Hi David, thanks for watching, glad you enjoyed it.
New sub
Thanks Scott glad your enjoying them 👍
I think u could shoot as many crows and pigeons as u like and I don't think it would put a dent in the population.
Thanks for watching. You're probably right but if we can deal with specific ones, like those in the sheds it helps. 👍
🇪🇨🇪🇨👍🤝
👍
Nice walk up
Thanks for watching Scott 👍
Airguns in the shed lads? Let 'em come to you/the food?
No challenge Mike, didn't actually realise there was that many to be honest. The airgun will be out to get them in numbers though it works a treat.
