The Boulder Solar Panel are built with strong tempered glass and an aluminum frame with added corner protection for temporary or permanent installation. I agree with a lot of these people, I have a lot of goal zero products but won't spend that much again, as tech just gets older, I couldn't afford to keep doing it. I have the older yeti 150 and 400, + older panels, and a lot more, this company reminds me of another company, TomTom, used to be the top GPS when car gps was new, It's still around just not near what it used to be. most people buy Garmin or magellan. you can now get Anker and a whole slew of other Solar panels that work with anything for a fraction. I still have my older goal zero but I shop like hell and usually buy something as good of quality but much cheaper.
Hey all! I love my bolder 100 briefcase but I was trying to mount it on my roof rack. I want to change the orientation when it is open from original to a longer narrower one. So I un screwed the hinge to try and do so but the cord connecting both panels on the back isnt long enough to let them lay down side by side length wise. Are there any work arounds you could help me with? or what guage wire is connecting the two? I could spice in about 4" and that would allow them to lay flat.
are these things waterproof to put it on a vans rooftop?
Why can't you have carrying bags for all the solar panels, not just for the boulder 100 briefcase? It would be nice if the techs from goal zero actually offered cases for all their solar panels.
Why don't they have MC4?
Can I mount this on top of a van?
How do I charge my goalzero
I just got in our yeti 3000 with a 200 solar panel is there a better RUclips to show me how to hook the yeti into a solar panel I can’t really see the cables on this one I’m very new at this

in her defense, the provided documentation is pathetic

What cables do I need to add another 100 watt boulder to my Jedi 2500? I also need a longer extension cable from the solar panels to the Jedi where can I buy it?

Goal Zero must have seen your post. Price just dropped. Still pricey, but much better.
whtmikeg30vanlife I just back from a six month camping trip, not one person had a Goal Zero product. Everyone knew who Goal Zero was but they all thought the same you did. I also went with Renogy for solar panels.
whtmikeg30vanlife its pricy, but I'm not smart with electricity. I'm willing to pay the price for their solar generators to be an all in one product. It's convenient and I like that.
It’s not ALWAYS just about price. Goal Zero has a quality product and design that is more of a premium product... not cheap. Everyone has a budget vs quality threshold and the GZ fits mine.
More Junk !
