So glad you loved the location as much as we did! It’s definitely a gem worth sharing. Thanks for dropping by and leaving your thoughts, it means a lot! 🌟
Thanks so much for the lovely comment! I’m really glad the video inspired you to want to get out and soak up some nature. There’s nothing quite like it to recharge, right? Hope you find some time to explore the great outdoors soon!
Good video, lads, well presented and edited! Just a couple of things, that pike was unlikely to survive, out of the water way too long? Low oxygen in hot weather . Also, should be wetting hands before handling fish 👍
Really enjoyed this vid cheers guys ! I actually just joined the club that owns this stretch of river and can’t wait to start fishing it, the area you caught your pike in, do you get there by just walking up stream along the same bank you were on at the start ? I went for a couple hours the other day but didn’t venture very far down. Cheers !
Thank you for sharing your experience, Charlie! Yes, we did indeed walk up the stream along the same bank. There’s a convenient parking spot by the bridge where we parked, and from there, we fished the entire section of the river. You can fish from both banks, which is quite convenient. If you have waders, I’d recommend using them since the river is shallow and the banks are somewhat elevated. It’s truly a picturesque spot for fishing. Did you manage to catch anything during your trip?
@@THERODBROTHERS-x2w thanks for reply ! I was only there for a couple and just had a small roach on bread, heading back next week, even more excited after this video ! Will be trying for pike and perch will let you know how I get on
