I own this CPU config with a 8GB RAM and an AMD Radeon chipset.
For its price (here in Romania its about 300 €) it is really enough for me. I can do multitasking, fast commuting between other tasks, and on the gaming part, it is good. Im playing ETS2 last version and I got almost 60 FPS with some graphs activated. Also I've played some NFS's and it runs excellent, without any freezes or crashes.
I recommend this config❤

Instead of putting everything to 1080p you should adjust resolution and graphics to show if it can actually run the games. Obviously you'll get terrible fps at 1080p

Neither the Intel Core i3 12th gen nor the Ryzen 3 7320U are ideal for gaming. They are both low-power processors designed for productivity tasks on laptops, not high-performance gaming. but i3 12th gen better
I wanted to order the Acer Aspire 3 with the Ryzen 3 7320U to play some Fallout 2 and it looks like if it can run modern games then it should run oldschool fallout just fine.
Edit: it has 8gb of ram so that should help with running more demanding software too
16 gb dual channel ram give more performance
Im running the Ryzen 3 3250u (slower clock, same cores and architecture) It'd be fine for fallout 2 BUT make certain you're getting dual channel ram. I had to upgrade mine for CAD software and it made an incredible difference. I still use it for Fusion 360 with no issue
You should by Ryzen 3 5300u far better than this you can play AAA at that even games Like RDR 2 also in low settings

Witcher 3 literally runs in my 3500u at 22 to 23 FPS at 1080p Vega 8 graphics. But in this video this is running at 10 FPS or below such a shame
