Is This A Weasel In Burnaby

Something unusual running across the street caught my attention so I quickly grabbed my video camera. I believe what I caught on video is a weasel but I am not entirely sure. What do you think it could be?

It's a juvenile mink, hence the smaller size.

It looks like someone’s ferret that got loose. It is totally not a mink. Lol. I don’t think it is a weasel, as it is one color, the size of the tail and the size of the tail compared to the body. It has to be a ferret. They get loose when people aren’t careful. Poor thing!

Did you see a white spot on it's chest?
I look up on iNaturalist and it shows the weasels from the weasel family and it must be a mink. It's not big like the fisher, but it's small. So I look up mink vs fisher and it says that fishers are bigger and minks are smaller.
So that must be a mink.
Question: Did you see a white chest on that weasel when you first saw it? Cause that could be a mink.
