I noticed at the beginning of the video you did a 200kg split jerk recovery. I find it impressive especially when you look like you can only max out at 170kg (maybe more?). So I have 2 questions if you don't mind me asking? 1. How much can you actually jerk from the rack? 2. Judging your physique and impressive shoulder mobility, why won't you switch to a squat jerk? I think you can capitalize a lot more if your convert to a squat jerk. Thanks in advance.

Start off by squatting. That's the foundation of Olympic weightlifting. Just like Math. If you want to succeed in algebra you need a good foundation, otherwise your foundation will be doomed to collapse.
