I’m doing a timurids game right now. Started timurids and finished mission tree, formed Egypt completed mission tree then formed Mughals and swapped back to reform to adopt western units. Honestly super fun game, I stayed horde, didn’t take the admin efficiency and got admin efficiency thru Egypt ideas kept them during Mughals switch
Stacking cav combat as a Timurid Horde would be a fun one, keep going with this campaign, you’ve had too much pain playing with opms you gotta have one game where you blob like crazy
Make sure to grab Espionage at some point. It has a policy for CCA with Both Aristocratic and Horde ideas. Basically lets you turn your horses into tanks.
the best reason to start a war on Dec 12 or whatever is because you can set your bigger vassals to aggressive, and even if Shah Rukh dies their armies will be either smaller or their own cities will be besieged / they are unsieging them instead of just stabbing you in the back since Ottomans are so much more likely to support independence in this patch
I've done many difficult achievements (third way, eat your greens, unlikely candidate, etc) but I've never done a WC, I just hate the game after 1640ish. I think it's time to finish that, with humanist, because I hate rebels lol

@@MuppetLord1 Egyptian Government can get Western Units, and the government reform isn't strictly locked to Egypt and Egypt isn't an End Tag

Timurids/Mughals are the best nation for a world conquest, but I could never achieve it because in the 15th century the game always crashed. 😒
