  • A Georgia police officer recently pulled over "a souped-up Dodge Charger" going nearly 100 mph, only to discover the county sheriff's chief deputy behind the wheel, according to bodycam footage of the incident. "Really?" says the officer as he approaches the vehicle driven by Henry County Chief Deputy Michael Yarbrough. A uniformed deputy is seen in the passenger seat. Inside Edition Digital has more.

How does he have integrity when he is going 60 mph over the speed limit, 96 in a 35? Thats a residential zone speed. 100 on the highway fine but 100 in residential areas is insanely stupid. He has 0 integrity. The only reason he didnt say anything is because he screwed up so bad there wasnt a chance of talking out of it

Jesus said, "I tell you the truth no one will see the kingdom of God unless he is born again. I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me." For God so loved the world that He give His only Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish but will have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world but to save the World through Him. For all have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord, and All who call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. " If you want to be sure of Heaven and avoid the other place below say the following prayer sincerely from your heart." Lord Jesus I repent and am sorry for my sins forgive me. I forgive all who have offended me. Come into my heart and save me. I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and baptise me with your Holy Spirit. Fulfill your plan and purpose in my life. "I recommend you read John's Gospel especially chapter 3.Gbu.John 3v3v22,John 14v6.

    0:43 “should I write him?”
0:56 “you know I don’t care for him”
A couple problematic things with this:
1.) why does he even feel the need to ask, “should I write him?” HE WAS DOING 96 in a 35. No one is above the law.
2.) He decided to cite him because he doesn’t “care for him”? So if it was someone he liked, he wouldn’t have cited him? See the problem? People should be cited based on the law, not personal preference

He did not care if you were a civilian or an officer. If you were speeding to the point where he's gonna pull you over, you're getting a ticket. He stopped his superiors 6 times during his career. He was a good cop. Spent the last 8 years of his career has the CLEO (sheriff) of his county. Once during the late 90's he stopped someone doing 95 in a 55. Once he learned what was going on, he gave them an escort to the hospital. The driver's passenger was in a car accident and was bleeding badly, and was fearing she lost the baby.

Reckless driving is largely left to the officer’s discretion (in both charging them with it and how they testify against the suspect since their testimony is so vital), so no, a charge like this cannot be “full stop.” I will say that most would likely get that charge and serve at least some jail time in this scenario, however. (Also meaning they would likely lose their job). Additionally, I do have to completely disagree with your “higher standard” comment for several reasons, but that’s basically just an opinion
