Good information.
Just one thing I want to correct here, you do need need IELTS necessarily. You may apply for UK NARIC certificate and you may skip IELTS,as that certificate proves you have done your higher studies in English.
However, for dependent visa, you do not even need to prove you English language proficiency.

Yes, you are absolutely right. For Dependent visa, the person in the interview, give an IELTS test so I guess it may vary from case to case.

Thanks for your comments Printo. If you are on Dependent visa, then you don't need sponsorship. Your dependent visa allows you to work full time.

It will be difficult if you don't have professional qualifications in Medical field and you are trying for Medical jobs.

I saw one video , where immigration officer ask many questions at airport from students.
sometime they do but that's nothing which you can not answer. The question are mainly, like where are you traveling from , what's the purpose of visit etc.

It might be difficult to get a job directly on arts study unless you are expert in some specific are like Dancers and choreographers/Arts officers, producers and directors etc.
