Man, you 1000% deserve that lift and it hopefully will help you out because you work so hard on these machines. Your back can finally get some slack now haha!
@@ANDERZENAMG Always brother man!! Been watching you for a long time and it feels like an eternity that you have had to "Make do" or "Work around" not having a lift lol. I can only imagine the amount of times you've had to crank up jacks and reposition them again and again. NO MORE JACK FOR YOU!!!
Congrats on your lift! Curious why you chose the 4 post over the 2 post. I'm leaning towards a 2 post to do suspension work, wheels, etc. Or is it more of a height restriction in your space.
Yes I meant to talk about this in the video but thank you for the question! I chose the 4 post for a few reasons, one is although my garage concrete is the correct depth for 2 post, I don't know the quality and didn't want to go through that whole mounting process, two is the 4 post takes up less width leaving the right side still plenty usable, it would have been very tight with 2 post (112" vs 134" overall width), and three is the 4 post is a safer design in the sense you don't have to worry about placing the arms on uneven weight causing tipping forwards/backwards. My son is out in the garage with me here and there and just in general for myself I want things as safe as possible and in the end, I felt the 4 post was a safer option.
im new to the channel.. may I ask how come that you got so much knowledge bout these cars? are you doing this as your job also? love the videos.. especially the CLK ones :)
@@vito6483 hey there! Thanks for joining the squad and checking out the videos. To be honest, I have no particular training or traditional job experience related to the automotive field in anyway. I just learned by doing, trial and error along with a ton of knowledge gained from my stepdad Mike who is in this video and many others. Combining that with RUclips and connecting and sharing knowledge with other enthusiasts it’s given me a good amount of confidence to tackle almost anything with these cars.
@@pfoxhound possible down the road! For now it’s just fine. I already replaced that light box with a flush unit and got a couple more notches out of the lift
This is our HW-8SXLT manufactured and exclusively sold by us at APluslift. Thanks for sharing! It’s been a real pleasure working with you! Have fun!👏🏼

Hope to see the first project on the lift soon brother 🤘🏼👊🏼

Awesome work sir! Love your content. I’d love to see a CL55 with a manual swap on here. Just wishful thinking.
Awesome! I'm hoping to get one put in at my new Texas property, gotta get the garage build first though. Got 2.5 acres of land to work with.
Also, Mike is an awesome dude!
Congratulations!

@@ANDERZENAMG you promised the LSD video, never did.

Why’s it so slow?
@@jaytaylor8443 it’s not a v8 lol
Slow? That's perfectly acceptable.
