I always try to go for the uncirculated or in good condition bank notes. But I do like to own older ones that are in bad condition because it makes you think of what a journey they made before settling into the collection

wouldn't circulated notes be cooler to have? they've been through decades of transactions. uncirculated just sits in a protective cover its entire life - boring.
@@BanknoteWorldOfficial , I am not a fanatical of UNC banknotes, although I have got many on my collection... Interesting the fact of some circulated banknotes that have survived almost intact after the years, still can carry some history behind them... in my personal experience ,depends of the person who look after the banknotes and the collection in general , I have seen some people that are obsessed with UNC banknotes only, but they keep them in places full of humidity , inside boxes , without protection, etc. So the banknotes will deteriorate at some point anyway. In the other hand , some people really looks after their pieces in albums , special plastic protection and in special books, library racks in dry and cool places. All depends the way one look after his/ her collection..
I bought a house of a deceased person from his child whom I contacted him to let him know I found bank notes but he never returned my call. I have around 20 united stated savings notes 25, 50 and 100$ in excellent condition. My question is can I do anything with these at all? Spend them or sell them?
How can their be old bills that are uncirculated, common sense says they would of been circulated because back then people were not thinking i should save this. I know sometimes they get saved and forgotten then later found but i mean how many could that possibly be. Does the treasury print old notes for collectors is that how they have uncirculated ones?

You are correct in a sense but, circulated notes usually don't stand the test of time compared to UNC.

Why are the circulated notes so expensive on Amazon?
On Amazon it may be because of lack of competitors who sell on there.

Great video.
Glad you enjoyed it
Can you used either one at the store?
Yes, most banknotes are legal tender so long as they are the current series, not too worn and their serial numbers are intact
@@BanknoteWorldOfficial good to know, thank you for responding back. Much appreciated
So I can use uncirculated money to buy a money order?
Can you use it if it had someone else name on it?

Hello, sometimes banks hold on to them in their vaults and release them later on down the road or people have large stocks saved over time
So In the united states, both circulated and uncirculated bills and coins legal tender to spend?
Yes Uncirculated (new) and Circulated (used) are the same thing in the eyes of a normal bank.

Could you tell me what PMG means I know they grade notes I’m just wondering what the 3 letters Stand for
Sure! PMG stands for the banknote grading company Paper Money Guaranty. Thanks for asking :)
So uncirculated money can be spent?
Uncirculated means the bills are in pristine condition but, that doent affect the ability to spend if they are legal tender.
@@BanknoteWorldOfficial thanks helped alot
