It might help to put the wig on a wig head/stand and hang it upside down, then spray it with some hairspray. I personally use Got2B Glued(I think thats the name) hairspray.(Their hair gel also works great if you wanna get good points for spikes) You could also teeth(again not sure if thats the right spelling) the wig to make it more poofy, then apply hairspray and gel if you wanted spikes
