Congrats! Happy for your two and your upcoming addition!
As a parent for almost 18 years, the best advice I can give you is to give yourself grace. You're not gonna be prepared for this stage of your life and you're gonna make mistakes. No matter how many books you read, how many classes you take, it doesn't matter. You will not be ready for this. And that's okay. Just remember: everyone has the exact same amount of experience when they become a parent the first time.

Congrats to you both. Here’s some advice from a Crossfit Master whose son will be 29 next month. Yikes I’m old! Play the long game. Keep your sense of humor. Don’t sweat the small stuff. Kids are sponges and they learn by example so be good people every single day. Don’t let the task work get you down. Have fun at a child’s pace. I’ve enjoyed being a mom. Big daddy Shane! Good luck. Fatherhood takes a lot of practice. Biggest thing is to stand together and take on each day’s challenge one step at a time. So excited for you and your journey!

Congratulations and Merry Christmas! My wife and I have been married 22 years and have 5 kids age 6-17. A few year ago we built out our garage and workout together to stay fit and have fun. Kids keep you young and being fit helps you keep up with them!
Advise: savor every moment...raising a family goes by faster than you think!

Absolutely CONGRATULATIONS!! What an exciting time for you both! ❤ I am currently 32 weeks pregnant. It has been a wild ride for sure. 🤗Best advice so far, is to enjoy the process and listen to your body. You both will encounter so many changes, which is okay just be patient and take care of yourselves. Good luck, I hope to see how your fitness journey continues.

CONGRATULATIONS! As a RMT here in Canada, I would highly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physiotherapist pre and post delivery to ensure the best delivery and recovery experience possible! They teach you wonderful tools to make delivery easier and get you back on your feet much faster! Especially important to get you back as a world class athlete!
