Thank you for the excellent video. Could you elaborate on using local infiltration for anterior cutaneous branches. 2:23 is this something you do at the time of the pecs block?
Super!
Thank you for beautiful video. I have a question: which block should we use as anesthesia for mastectomy and axially disection in a respiratory high risk patient, ex servere copd.
Thanks a lot for efforts
Can you please give me an idea of any block that could work for thyroid surgery
Too good
Yesterday, I have given PEC 1 and 2 first time
Thankyou
Great to hear it, hope it went well!!
Can I ask, when is this block superior to erector spinae, which to my reckoning seems to cover most of the samer indications but slightly easier perhaps? thoughts?
Good
thank you
Thanks for watching!
Very good illustrations
Nice illustrations. Concise. For same breast indications mentioned in video, can ESP work too? Thank you
ESP and Intrapec block would cover it.
Esp doesn't cover for axillary dissection pain though is what I've noticed. Also esp block doesn't seem as dense
Do you do bilateral block for bilateral mastectomy?
Why need to block both pecs 1,2
