I do suspect there will be competition for Sesko but he ticks all the boxes for me for us to go for. Somewhat similar to Rasmus , so somewhat like for like for substituting and rotation. Similarly in that he is a tall mobile young on the rise striker ; and in this case available for a fair release clause. Him being young means down the line you can sell him or potentially even Rasmus (if Sesko proves well clear of Hojlund) and / or if the need arises. An established older 9 there is no resale value , wouldn't be as hungry as a Sesko type imo and would command a much higher wage. My main worry is Chelsea and a few others will be in for him as well. But the price , ilk and attributes i'd say Sesko is a very advisable deal.
Personally id be shocked if SJR / INEOS and Ashworth would sign off on Tuchel. SJR has talked about even at INEOS not only the quality and ability has to be right be the behavior / character as well. SJR mentioned someone who isn't polite and respectful wouldn't get a job at INEOS or wouldn't last long (if discovered after the fact) and that he wanted to bring those standards to MUFC. Ashworth all about character and culture as well , Ben Foster (who I believe was at West Brom while Ashworth was there) made it clear Ashworth would do his best to weed out and avoid bad characters. Tuchel obviously isn't a bad manager but falling out with his last 4 club hierarchies and sacked by his last 3 is very suspect and major red flags. To me its naive to blame that just on the clubs , especially when 3 out of those 4 are well run and 2 of them serial winner clubs.
Funds are tight so perhaps TT being free with some ability and winning experience is enticing but i'd think SJR / INEOS and Ashworth will be put off by his character. Never know what happens but i don't see it.

It depends how the season ends. We could easily lose to the gooners, Newcastle and City (getting a thumping in the process) and possibly Palace/Brighton. There be a clamour for change then. He's not my first choice but he seemingly will be available - unless of course he wins the CL then all bets may be off.
@@richardjones8699 yeah i am not saying ETH will definitely be here , with the dropped points of late we've invited a scrap to potentially not even finish in Europe the way we are going. But Tuchel despite being far from a bad manager his persistent falling out with hierarchies is very concerning. He also publicly blames players and had a number of issues with players in general. TT is also quite toxic and short term and imo risks the development of our young players and those on the cusp of breaking in from the academy. It just feels short-sighted and echoes the approach of the Woodward era.
Amorim is the one i'd most consider but the compensation proving a stumbling block for all interested clubs. Nagelsmann i like as well but he extended with Germany , so thats not happening. Into next season or later next season might be come clear Carlo is available (he might leave for Xabi next summer) , Sporting might come off that valuation with Amorim , maybe Villa dip a bit and Emery is possible to buy out.
As you say quite a bad finish to the season might take ETH out anyway and we have to make a move. But these current most viable candidate not really moving me and 2025 might offer much better options.
I am not massively for Greenwood coming back but not completely against it if thats what the club decided to do. ETH was seemingly keen on bringing him back last summer as was the CEO at the time. SJR's answer in first interview about bringing players back in those situations was very in depth and almost trying to justify if they did. Not really for that happening / Mason returning but definitely would not rule it out.
Getafe just want to continue his loan as they can't afford to buy him. They would. If a good offer comes in he'll be sold as we desperately need the funds.

Can somebody tell me how Thomas Tasha is a good manager? I see no defined style of play. He said he’s willing to adapt so it’s not his style player. Paris are just runaway leaders every year in France not difficult to win, though he came to Chelsea, and with the manager boost won the champions league not always the best team wins the champions league.
